Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and curator of four blogs that cover nonprofit groups, the arts, internet culture and current affairs. The blogs are at https://carlkruse.org, https://carlkruse.net, https://www.carlkruse.com and https://carlkruse.at

For what projects/services did your company hire Websetters, and what were your goals?

Websetters determined the right blog structures using Wordpress and was instrumental in the SEO campaigns for the blogs.

How did you select Websetters and what were the deciding factors?

We had originally encountered Websetters on the Fiverr platform and soon realized they were far more capable than the limited jobs they were offering there. One project led to another with them and we have been incredibly happy with their professionalism and performance.

Basically our blogs were in various states of disrepair and unknown outside a small circle. Websetter got them in shape and helped expand our audience.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked primarily with Vanshul Banta as contact person, who is the head of Websetters. He in turn delegated the work to various staff members.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Cleaner and more efficient blogs coupled with dramatically higher exposure to the world.

Highly organized, we were presented with weekly status updates and had regular online discussions as to the progress of the work. We are very satisfied and happy.

The are professional, courteous, communicative. They do what they say they are going to do.

Nothing that comes to mind. We are very happy.
