WebProfessor is a Warsaw-based software house specializing in two areas: professional business websites and custom applications that companies run on every day.
We build websites on Astro, Sanity headless CMS and Cloudflare. They are fast and secure, rank high in Google and AI search, and convert well. We migrate sites from WordPress and other CMSs without losing Google rankings.
We build custom software in React, Next.js and Spring Boot: internal systems, panels for patients, customers and sales, and billing, integrated with the company's other tools. After launch we handle maintenance and development.

WebProfessor started with discovery workshops before quoting a single line of code. We went through who the platform serves, what makers actually need and what could wait until after launch. That session cut our scope down and honestly saved us money. They then built the platform in Next.js with Payload CMS, deployed on Vercel, with a headless product catalog and a public-facing brand directory. The heaviest piece was the eCommerce integration layer: WooCommerce, Shopify and Shoper connectors that sync products, prices and availability into our catalog while the transaction stays in the maker's own cart. There was no off-the-shelf answer there, so a good chunk of it was genuine R&D, prototyping against live stores and iterating until sync was reliable. They also advised on SEO structure, performance and how to onboard new brands without too much manual work on our side.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We launched the MVP within the agreed timeline and now have over 4,000 products from over 31 verified brands in the catalog. Product sync runs automatically, so onboarding a new shop takes minutes. Core Web Vitals are green across the board and organic traffic has grown over 600% since launch.

Our Story
WebProfessor was founded in Warsaw in 2019. We focus on two things: professional business websites on Astro, Sanity and Cloudflare, and custom applications that companies run on every day. Everyone on our team is a senior with 8+ years of experience, and we combine engineering with marketing, strategy and UX. Clients work directly with the founders. We advise from day one, and many clients stay with us for years, like OpenMed and ClickLease.

Leads architecture and our custom applications line: Spring Boot, Next.js, integrations. Built enterprise systems for Polish telecoms and a Danish public-sector platform. 20+ comples application projects and AI integrations. Computer science graduate
Paweł RehlisSenior Fullstack Developer
15+ years building websites, e-commerce and web apps. Works in Astro, React and TypeScript with headless CMS, integrations and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Cloudflare). Knows Magento, WordPress and Drupal from the inside, which helps a lot in migrations.
