The goal of the redesign was to make the site clean and tell the Auxilius story the right way. The new site now feels like it matches the sophistication of our software: professional, clean, and aligned with our industry. The animations help bring the product to life, and the way the benefits are shown makes it easier to connect with the right audience. Most importantly, it gives us the credibility we were looking for.

During the migration, they also implemented several fixes that improved the overall site architecture and performance. 
Before Webflow, our marketing team had to rely on developers for every small change - now, thanks to Webnomads, the new setup lets us manage everything independently.

The biggest win was making our site easy to manage: no more dependency on developers. The CMS is clean, scalable, and simple to use, so our team can publish and update content independently. Webnomads also optimized our website’s performance, for example PageSpeed improved to 97/100 on desktop.

Over nearly three years, they’ve been an extension of our marketing team: building landing pages, implementing complex animations, optimizing site performance, and setting up custom integrations with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ChilliPiper. They even supported us through our acquisition by Deel by migrating systems and preparing a smooth handover for our new IT team.

The site’s performance scores went way up, with some pages loading twice as fast. Marketing workflows became much quicker thanks to the integrations Webnomads built for us. The website kept evolving as Hofy grew, which was huge for our team. And when Deel acquired us, everything on the website side went super smoothly because Webnomads had planned and supported the handover perfectly.

We added animations and interactive touches, made sure everything met accessibility standards, and set up GA4 tracking. The CMS was built to give our team the freedom to create pages on their own. I worked side by side with Webnomads and the design/branding agency, to turn our ideas into a polished, accessible site that works just as well as it looks.

Many of our requests were pretty urgent, like landing pages for events or publishing reports just before conferences, and they always managed to deliver on time. At one point, we thought about adding Notion into our workflow to handle priorities better, but honestly, Webnomads handle everything smoothly through Slack alone. Smaller requests often get handled the same day (which we really appreciate), and when there’s a bigger topic to discuss, we just jump on a quick call.

Whenever something critical happens, they're quick to jump in. Once we had a spam attack, and Filip personally spent days fixing it, making sure everything was back to normal as quickly as possible.
