Many of our requests were pretty urgent, like landing pages for events or publishing reports just before conferences, and they always managed to deliver on time. At one point, we thought about adding Notion into our workflow to handle priorities better, but honestly, Webnomads handle everything smoothly through Slack alone. Smaller requests often get handled the same day (which we really appreciate), and when there’s a bigger topic to discuss, we just jump on a quick call.

Whenever something critical happens, they're quick to jump in. Once we had a spam attack, and Filip personally spent days fixing it, making sure everything was back to normal as quickly as possible.

Slack serves its purpose well for us; however, for larger projects, I would prefer having a more structured system for organizing content and exchanging materials in one place - something like Asana.

The team resolved a range of SEMrush errors, warnings, and notices, implemented core web vitals improvements, and addressed Google Search Console speed issues. They also executed enhancements like image alt text, sitemap XML updates, open graph image setup, and SEO meta data alignment—ensuring we’re both faster and more discoverable.

Page Redesigns & Enhancements
They launched multiple high-impact page revamps, including a fully redesigned Home Page, a new Video Demo Page, revamped Product, Pricing, Podcast, Testimonials, and Case Study pages. These weren’t just aesthetic touch-ups—they improved conversion paths, engagement, and content clarity.

With the Calendly embed and improvements to form behavior, we saw a 3x increase in demo bookings from form fills—streamlining the path from interest to engagement.

Data Tracking & Attribution:

Webnomads built a large knowledge base to house our content, implemented redesign and rebrand of the site, and developed complex features like a pricing calculator with advanced logic. They’ve also kept things running smoothly with ongoing improvements to registration flows, navigation, and regular updates and optimizations.
