I have had the pleasure of knowing Nitin from Webmob for the 10 years ago, I shared with him my vison of running a Money Market application. Since day 1, the webmob team has been instrumental in turning this vision into a reality. Webmob team kicked off with the launch of MoneyMatch, which not only garnered an incredible client base but also received positive feedback from our users.
Today Instimatch boasts a user community of over 300 clients and 1000+ live users, a testament to the success of our collaboration. Adapting to the changing landscape, Webmob introduced Repo and notice account products to meet the evolving needs of our users. The commitment to excellence is evident in their compressive approach, overseeing all development, aspects of Instimatch, including design, development, security and devOps. 
The recent launch of Muqassa, a clearing application for Instimatch further demonstrates Webmob's dedication to innovation. I'm pleased to say that our collaboration extends beyond this, with Webmob Keeping us engaged in other modules as well.

Our Marketplace now serves over 300 institutions facilitating over $100 billion in transactions each quarter along with overseeing more than $2 trillion in assets. Additionally, the company has raised over $11.5 million in a pre-series A-round.

I've done three projects with Webmob. These projects visualize, optimize, and integrate an operating system for running a service company. The tools created through this project map the customer journey, the daily production processes, and the employee lifecycle. The application handles hundreds of thousands of customer interactions, one thousand employees, and over 500 customer visits per day. This has increased revenue by 6% and cut costs through efficiency gains.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The software reduces the customer cancellation rate in a service business.Prior to using the software, the cancellation rate was around 30% in some locations. After implementing the software, the cancellation rate fell to 22% to 24%. This increases revenue by 6% to 8%.

Over recent months, we have observed a significant uptick in inquiries and requests for access from franchises who were previously not utilizing the platform. This surge in interest can be attributed to several factors, including ongoing development efforts to enhance the application's functionality and user experience. 

As Driveline continues to evolve, its appeal and utility have expanded, resonating not only with existing users but also attracting new adopters from franchises previously not engaged with the platform.

We would have hoped for a bigger scope of collaboration. Perhaps circumstances were not aligned to enable this. We do feel that we were allotted one of Webmob's high-performing developers, Yogesh. We would have like to see more people be involved in our software development team. 

Our only experience in adding a Java developer did not fare well.
