We created the app for Android and iOS. The project involved designing UI, logos, artboard, and admin panel. iOS was coded in Swift and Android in Java. Features involved chatrooms, direct messaging, adding friends, finding nearby users, and anonymity features.

Web designer, iOS developer, Android developer, several assistants, and the owner supervising the project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For a 30 day period after launch of the app the company serviced all bugs and other technical issues to guarantee a successful launch.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We primarily communicated via Skype and email. Them being in Indian and me in US, I had to work early morning and late night in order to have real-time conversations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They worked promptly and fixed bugs in a timely and a satisfactory manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They had limited experience with ad-based apps so I had to do more research myself and later ask them to add certain SDKs after launch, which could have been implemented earlier in development had they had the experience.

Webmigrates redeveloped our website from scratch, working off of a basic platform we were previously using and incorporating many customizations. They continue to track Google Analytics, provide monthly metrics reports, and work closely with our marketing team to ensure the site is optimized.

They've done a phenomenal job developing a user-friendly, robust website. In addition to improving the interface for visitors, the customizations they built into the backend also streamlined the process for our contributors to log in and submit articles.

They're very efficient with their time and quick to turn around any requests we have. We mostly communicate over Skype or email.

They provide a lot of value at a very competitive rate, delivering a great product that meets or exceeds expectations. They also have a strong team of highly skilled designers and developers in general compared to others.

I've never had any issues in terms of scheduling, but it would be nice to have someone on their team available during business hours in our time zone.

We act as project manager to Webmigrates Technologies’ team. Using their expertise, they prioritize each development task based on how the software structures interact with each other. We collaborate via Asana and Skype.

We would have preferred to establish a project management system before the project began. We began with a Word document to organize the project, but later we migrated to Asana.
