Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO at gigmade ltd, a design and IT company that creates concepts from strategies or ideas, and implements concepts into products, Our focus is on products that foster grassroots innovation, and our main platform is the web.

For what projects/services did your company hire webkom.co?

We needed someone to help us translate our web app concept design for the customer into a clickable demo looking like an actual web app. The app focus was on interactive scientific charts used for decision making.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to deliver a click prototype to the customer that would give them a complete insight into how their product will be working.

How did you select webkom.co?

I selected webkom based on their open source efforts (airframe).

Describe the project in detail.

We delivered design concepts to the vendor. The vendor delivered an incrementally growing figma file with the final click demo. We were making adjustments on an ongoing basis using mostly figma comments and slack, while keeping a close eye on the hours budget. The final budget turned out close to the vendor's initial estimate.

What was the team composition?

We directly communicated with the main developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our demonstration was a success and the project is now continuing thanks to a "Go" decision.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We provided designs that clearly stated our intent via web based shares (gdrive) and the vendor in turn provided links to figma files.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The vendor was very efficient in implementing our requirements, and was also very flexible and accommodating for the tight time schedule we were working on.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were minor typos in the copy that we fixed for a video recording after the fact, aside from this minor issue the collaboration was flawless.

I am a Marketing Assistant at Hannspree Europe. Our company is a manufacturer of Consumer Electronics specialising in TVs and Monitor screens.

We needed to redesign our old website and required an agency with knowledge of the UX to design a user-friendly website that promotes our products.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to display information about our products in a much cleaner way but also provide information to end-user where they can purchase our products across Europe.

At Hanspree we wanted to have a clean modern website that allows users to easily find information about our products. We offered the following product ranges:

• TVs
• Novelty TVs
• Digital frames
• Computer monitors (branded by our sister company HannsG)
• Novelty computer monitors.

Each product line had to be presented as a group of products which can be filtered by specs such as screen size, features, display type, price etc. Product page would usually include Product description, pictures of the product, features, technical specification, documentations/downloads etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have achieved a beautiful, modern and clean website that allowed users to find information in an easy way as well as we could see that people were spending more time on the product pages. I am unable to bring up data to support this as that project happened several years ago, and I no longer work for this company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Webkom.co was a fantastic agency to work with and it was easy to communicate with them via Skype calls and over an email. They were always very responsive and attentive to all our requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of their work and speed at which they produced it impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't identify any as I was fully satisfied with the work they provided.
