The team has been our end-to-end partner for both product design and marketing. On the product side, they've designed the UX/UI across nearly every part of our platform, from invoicing, freight, and rate cards to dashboards, analytics, onboarding, and credit tracking. They also built out our design system, reusable components, and prototypes, and their developer handoffs make it easy for our engineers to ship. On marketing, they designed and built our Webflow site, including landing pages, case studies, pricing pages, calculators, and blog content, and they manage our SEO, HubSpot setup, tracking, and automations. Beyond the web, they produce our pitch and investor decks, sales collateral, whitepapers, one-pagers, event graphics, and brand guidelines. They also handle QA, turn feedback around quickly, and keep improving everything over time.

The engagement has supported 3+ years of continuous product and marketing development, delivering 20+ SaaS workflows and product areas, a scalable design system, a complete Webflow marketing ecosystem, calculators, integrations, automations, pitch decks, reports, and ongoing optimization.

Their project management has been excellent. They're organized, communicate clearly, and always know where every workstream stands, which matters given how many things we have them working on at once. Deliverables consistently arrive on time, and when we've had urgent requests (a last-minute investor deck or a quick site update before an event), they've turned them around fast without sacrificing quality. They're also genuinely responsive. They take feedback well, ask the right questions up front, and adapt quickly when our priorities shift, which happens often at our stage. It feels less like working with a vendor and more like having an extension of our own team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is their range. It's rare to find one team that can design a complex SaaS product, build and optimize a marketing site, and produce investor-grade presentations, all at a high level. Having one partner across all of it means our product and brand feel consistent everywhere a customer or investor encounters us. They also take the time to understand our business. Supply chain and invoice reconciliation aren't simple topics, but they've learned our space well enough to turn complicated workflows into clean, intuitive designs and clear marketing. That depth of understanding is what makes them feel like a true partner rather than just a design shop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebFolks could have done differently?

Honestly, not much comes to mind. If anything, our only challenge has been that we keep finding more for them to do, so prioritizing across so many workstreams is something we've worked through together. WebFolks has always been flexible and helped us sort out what matters most, and that's really more a reflection of how much value they bring than any shortcoming on their end.

We needed support designing a complete website from scratch based on the existing Yachters brand, translating the brand identity into a consistent digital experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFolks has designed and developed our website from scratch, following our existing brand identity and visual direction. The team has created the information architecture, user journeys, page hierarchy, UX/UI design, responsive layouts, design system, and reusable website components.
Key areas include yacht listings and detail pages, destinations, services, concierge offerings, inquiry flows, company information, and supporting content pages.WebFolks has also implemented our approved designs in Webflow, including CMS architecture, dynamic yacht and crew content, reusable templates, responsive optimization, custom functionality, animations, forms, and content management improvements.
The team has also implemented SEO, schema markup, Open Graph configuration, performance and development optimization, integrations, and automated workflows. Zoho and other supporting systems have been connected to inquiry and lead management processes, followed by QA, testing, troubleshooting, feedback implementation, and launch support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 20% increase in inquiries. We’ve also seen faster website performance, better SEO rankings, and positive user feedback. The site is now indexed on Google, with dedicated content for our key destinations, itineraries, yachts, and services. We’re currently monitoring traffic, search visibility, inquiries, and user engagement, which will give us clearer performance and SEO data over the coming months.
One of the main early indicators of success has been the overall improvement in the quality and professionalism of the website. It now presents our brand and services much more clearly and gives us a stronger online presence. We’re also starting to see more organic visibility and engagement, although it’s still early to measure the full impact in terms of traffic, SEO performance, and conversions.

The team also maintained the design system, prototypes, and handoff materials. Website work included strategy, UX/UI design, Webflow development, CMS, responsive implementation, and optimization across the homepage, pricing, product, service, customer, case study, blog, author, demo, affiliate, ebook, webinar, and campaign pages. In addition, their project expanded to cover web as well, where they suggested technologies and other tooling, and delivered Figma designs. WebFolks has also designed, implemented, and added tracking tools to our website.
