Delivered and maintained 20+ major page types, campaign pages, and product experiences across the website, including product, resources, careers, integrations, customer stories, surveys, events, and landing pages.

Implemented CMS functionality, HubSpot and Zapier integrations, schema, SEO improvements, performance optimization, responsive QA, and multiple redesign and launch cycles supporting continuous website growth.

The team is extremely responsive and works very quickly. They deliver work on time and incorporate feedback instantly. They are a very organized team.

I’m the co-founder and COO of NROC Security, a GenAI security company. We provide governance and security for organizations using public GenAI applications and large language models. Our goal is to help boost employee productivity and innovation while managing risks.

We needed help with our product design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFolks has designed our product console UI and helped on UX, based on wireframes. The team has also suggested changes and created iconography. In addition, WebFolks has suggested web technologies and other tooling. The team has delivered Figma designs. We’ve delivered the content. In addition, their project expanded to cover web as well, where they suggested technologies and other tooling, and delivered Figma designs. WebFolks has also designed, implemented, and added tracking tools to our website. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from WebFolks.

How did you come to work with WebFolks?

We found WebFolks through a referral and met the founder accidentally through a common acquaintance. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with WebFolks in May 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

WebFolks has delivered ready-made content and implemented agreed-upon assets.

How did WebFolks perform from a project management standpoint?

WebFolks has delivered as agreed and has been able to stretch even when we were late on our deliverables. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WebFolks has a fast and easy management model. The team is responsive and provides great support. We also appreciate their understanding and challenging of the design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are some minor things WebFolks could improve, but we could also improve on some things. Overall, our engagement has gone great.

• Redesign and modernize Spider Capital’s digital presence by creating a clear, professional, and visually consistent website aligned with the company’s positioning and investment focus.
• Develop and launch the new website in Webflow, including responsive implementation, CMS functionality, portfolio filtering, pagination, structured data, and quality assurance.
• Strengthen the company’s visual identity through the development and refinement of its logo, brand guidelines, portfolio graphics, presentation materials, and LinkedIn assets.
• Improve how Spider Capital communicates with investors, founders, and partners by creating reusable presentations, pitch materials, and dedicated website pages for the company, team, portfolio, news, and other key content.
• Support internal AI-related initiatives through the design and development of an AI agent, AI administration panel, chat improvements, deployment support, and ongoing technical fixes.

Complete redesign and reboot of the website and moved the platform from WP to Webflow.  Rebrand of the logos and marketing assets.

Success was demonstrated by launching a responsive Webflow website with 7+ key pages, CMS functionality, portfolio filters, pagination and schema markup. Additional outcomes included completed brand guidelines, presentation materials, AI interfaces, deployment and final QA.

The purpose of this website redesign and revamp project is to create a visually compelling, high-performance platform that effectively appeals to both technical and business audiences. The new website will prioritize delivering a seamless user experience with a modern, dynamic design that incorporates interactive elements, ensuring it stays current and engaging. As the primary channel for lead generation and demand generation, the website will be optimized to drive conversions through strategically placed, high-converting "Contact Us" forms and clear calls-to-action. A fast-loading, mobile-optimized design will further enhance accessibility and usability for all visitors. A key focus will be on reinforcing strong brand messaging and positioning, while leveraging an optimized sitemap to showcase thought leadership and advocacy content. The redesign will also deliver a persona-based customer experience tailored to meet the diverse needs of target audiences. Key Deliverable: New Website
