What challenge were you trying to address with WebFolks?

We needed support designing a complete website from scratch based on the existing Yachters brand, translating the brand identity into a consistent digital experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebFolks has designed and developed our website from scratch, following our existing brand identity and visual direction. The team has created the information architecture, user journeys, page hierarchy, UX/UI design, responsive layouts, design system, and reusable website components.
Key areas include yacht listings and detail pages, destinations, services, concierge offerings, inquiry flows, company information, and supporting content pages.WebFolks has also implemented our approved designs in Webflow, including CMS architecture, dynamic yacht and crew content, reusable templates, responsive optimization, custom functionality, animations, forms, and content management improvements.
The team has also implemented SEO, schema markup, Open Graph configuration, performance and development optimization, integrations, and automated workflows. Zoho and other supporting systems have been connected to inquiry and lead management processes, followed by QA, testing, troubleshooting, feedback implementation, and launch support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 20% increase in inquiries. We’ve also seen faster website performance, better SEO rankings, and positive user feedback. The site is now indexed on Google, with dedicated content for our key destinations, itineraries, yachts, and services. We’re currently monitoring traffic, search visibility, inquiries, and user engagement, which will give us clearer performance and SEO data over the coming months.
One of the main early indicators of success has been the overall improvement in the quality and professionalism of the website. It now presents our brand and services much more clearly and gives us a stronger online presence. We’re also starting to see more organic visibility and engagement, although it’s still early to measure the full impact in terms of traffic, SEO performance, and conversions.

The project covered long-term UX/UI, website, automation, integration, and marketing support for Shrlock across multiple product initiatives. Product design included the core application experience, dashboards, capacity planning, compliance alerts, documents, milestones, multi-user support, onboarding, reporting, audit flows, consultation journeys, filters, account management, and supporting interfaces. The team also maintained the design system, prototypes, and handoff materials. Website work included strategy, UX/UI design, Webflow development, CMS, responsive implementation, and optimization across the homepage, pricing, product, service, customer, case study, blog, author, demo, affiliate, ebook, webinar, and campaign pages. Additional support included HubSpot and Make integrations, LinkedIn automation, scripts and performance optimization, marketing materials, playbooks, QA, troubleshooting, content updates, and continuous improvements based on feedback.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success was demonstrated through delivery of core app UX/UI across 10+ major product areas, a complete Webflow marketing site, multi-user experiences, reporting and audit flows, plus ongoing integrations, automations, QA, optimization, and marketing support over 2+ years.

The team is very organized, they've never let any request slip through the cracks. Items were always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. The team works very quickly and responds within 24 hours.

WebFolks has designed our product console UI and helped on UX, based on wireframes. The team has also suggested changes and created iconography. In addition, WebFolks has suggested web technologies and other tooling. The team has delivered Figma designs. We’ve delivered the content. In addition, their project expanded to cover web as well, where they suggested technologies and other tooling, and delivered Figma designs. WebFolks has also designed, implemented, and added tracking tools to our website.

We found WebFolks through a referral and met the founder accidentally through a common acquaintance. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

WebFolks has delivered as agreed and has been able to stretch even when we were late on our deliverables. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

WebFolks has a fast and easy management model. The team is responsive and provides great support. We also appreciate their understanding and challenging of the design.

There are some minor things WebFolks could improve, but we could also improve on some things. Overall, our engagement has gone great.

The new website will prioritize delivering a seamless user experience with a modern, dynamic design that incorporates interactive elements, ensuring it stays current and engaging. As the primary channel for lead generation and demand generation, the website will be optimized to drive conversions through strategically placed, high-converting "Contact Us" forms and clear calls-to-action. A fast-loading, mobile-optimized design will further enhance accessibility and usability for all visitors. A key focus will be on reinforcing strong brand messaging and positioning, while leveraging an optimized sitemap to showcase thought leadership and advocacy content. The redesign will also deliver a persona-based customer experience tailored to meet the diverse needs of target audiences. Key Deliverable: New Website
