The project successfully automated our initial customer engagement. We saw a clear increase in lead generation and user interaction on our website. While the final conversion depends on various market factors, the tool itself performed exactly as designed and improved our data collection.We observed a noticeable improvement in the quality of initial user engagement. The bot allowed us to filter inquiries more effectively and provided us with better insights into what our visitors are looking for.The main impact was on our internal efficiency. The bot acted as a first line of communication, which helped us filter out low-intent inquiries. This allowed our team to focus their time and resources on more promising leads and strategic tasks rather than manual follow-ups.
