Evkharido.com is an online marketplace for electric vehicle, spare parts, accessories, batteries, Exchange, test ride facility plus offline multibrand electric vehicle stores. i work as an Product category manager here.

Our idea was to build and online marketplace for Electric vehicle or you can say one stop-shop for everything related to EV's. We explained our requirement to the webcreta team and the main challange was Time, we want it to be up and running as soon as possible. But What we got from webcreta is way too impressive, in just short span of time webcreta team has done what other cannot do.

We had a google meeting to discuss our requirments. They have shown us some of their past project related to us and they were very impressive (design and development). Then the team has delivered some wireframes and they told us why magento is better for your project and things went good and started working with them.

There were 3 people working with us. 2 developers, 1 graphic designer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome is here www.evkharido.com Webcreta has given us extremely satisfying service and the final product is very impressive. Work done was on time as per our requirement.

we had google meets with team on daily basis where we usually talk about our daily tasks. Most of the tasks was done on time but In case there were some delays, they let us know ahead of time. We used Bitrix for managing our daily tasks and they worked really well with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Webcreta team has always given us proper training of newly developed tools on the website. The team is very professional and skilled.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sincerely we don't find anything.

My Name is Cory and I work at Bike-on.com as a graphic/web designer and content marketing personnel . Here at Bike-on we build and sell a variety of handcycles, recumbent trikes and wheelchairs for a large community worldwide over the phone and through our ecommerce site.

We hired Webcreta to assist in the development of our site and to help us along the way with issues we may run across on our site as we progress even further as a company. We are still working with them side by side for our website and have been nothing but helpful along the way !

What were your goals for this project?

The goals for this project was to get our ecommerce site to be easy to navigate for all our consumers, develop new pages for our site along the way as needed and to assist in expanding our large number of products that our company has to offer.

We selected this vendor because of the outstanding reputation they have and their ability to always be there for us when needed.

I have been working alongside Jignesh and he has been so helpful in resolving issues we have here and there with our site and adding in elements the owner would like to have done when needed. 5 stars for him and the team at Webcreta !

We had one project to add in a new line item to our products through a Financing program we have recently started to use. He was able to get this complete for us in no time and everything is working great ! Now and then we run into some issues with our front end admin panel and they are always there to resolve the problem we may have when code breaks or CSS does not deploy. A simple email to him and the problem gets fixed in no time.

What was the team composition?

I myself are the only person who works on the site in house at bike-on with one other sales rep who updates the used selection from time to time when he needs to.

Jignesh has been working with me since I started with Bike-on and has been nothing but helpful to me when a problem comes into play on the site. He is always there when needed and gets back to my emails or messages in no time. I never feel left in the dark with something that is out of my hands.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Only positive impacts for us here at bike-on. Site always looks awesome in desktop or in a mobile responsive format without any issues long the way. If there are ever any they always get resolved in no time and have no impact on us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I came into the company here at bike-on and Jignesh was our Project manager for Webcreta. He has always been there when needed and never lets us down. Problems are solved in no time when they arise and anything we need him and the team do it gets done in a very responsive time,

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There response time in working on issues or projects we may have to have assistance on is the best. They fix problems right away and dive right into any projects without hesitation.

Our website was created on Magento 4 years back, but it was in pretty bad shape. We hired Webcreta to fix that website initially, but then they suggested to make a new one. So, we went ahead and trusted them for starting from scratch. They developed our website in Magento 2.4. Our goal was to get a seamless e-commerce website that can appeal buyers to buy online from us

We submitted our requirement on a freelancing website and then we got connected. The key deciding factors were:

They understood our requirements regarding design, SEO, customisations and other parts. We shared a scope document to them in which nearly all pointers were covered. We had a meeting about it and then we decided to go ahead when we felt confident enough. We had decided the delivery to happen in phases in a timed manner. They did a good job in delivering the website and also cooperated with our every request. They built it in Magento 2.4 and hosted via Cloudways. After delivery, they solved the bugs as well in a professional and friendly manner.

My main point of contact was Milan. He is heading the company along with Jignesh. There were 1-2 developers working on the projects.

We started getting 7-8 organic leads per day after a module in our website went live. Also, the traffic rose slightly after the launch. They have good understanding of design and execute the project with end consumer in mind. They take the ownership of the project and work like their own project.

Their communication is really seamless and they are prompt in their replies. Since, we are in India itself, we communicate mostly on phone and WhatsApp as it is easy for us. They try and meet the deadlines and make sure things are done without any compromise.

The way they treat their clients and the project is really outstanding. They give good attention to details and make sure that client is happy at the end. They don't shy away from fixing the broken parts and provide good support even after the launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have improved the testing process after development.
