I'm the CEO of Meblot, an e-commerce site that sells furniture.

What challenge were you trying to address with Assedi Studio?

We needed a company that could provide us with e-commerce development support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Assedi Studio built an e-commerce site for us with a complete purchasing system and an advanced variation system with visualization, which allows users to immediately see each of the products’ variations. Assedi Studio also integrated an admin panel, which allows us to manage our products and orders.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with David (CEO).

I found Assedi Studio through online research.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent somewhere between $10,000–$20,000 on the site’s development.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on the site’s development from January–May 2022, but they still provide ongoing maintenance support for the site.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Assedi Studio delivered a well-performing, fully-functional site that met our needs. It loads in about one and a half seconds — almost three times faster than our competitors’ websites. So far, we’ve seen an increase in our conversion rate and online orders. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the results of this partnership. 

How did Assedi Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Assedi Studio performed well in terms of project management. They delivered on time and were highly accessible and responsive throughout the project. They were also incredibly transparent in their work and competitive in their pricing. Overall, it was a pleasure working with them.

We primarily communicated via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were most impressed with Assedi Studio’s responsiveness and excellent UI/UX design and web development skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could work faster by hiring more people, but we were still satisfied with their work.

Make sure that you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and not be afraid of asking questions.
