We are not specialized or familiar with Search Engine Optimization and hence we selected Webratna for the job since then, we never looked back. Our Goals at that time were to improve and the betterment of our website to make it SEO and Search Friendly. Now it is to increase traffic and all of them are timely fulfilled.

We google SEO Agency and Webratna came on top. Obviously, if they are good with SEO they should be on top and hence it was an easy decision to make.

Senior Software dev and Project Head of SEO team Have worked with me directly and I have their numbers on my phone if there is any issue regarding something.

Average Unique visitors in 2020 JUNE - 3k per month Average Unique visitors now- 12k per month Unfortunately can not share other metrics as it's private.

Communication is done via email and I've given them my number and they are allowed to call me if they want to connect instantly and vis versa. Other than that I get a monthly report of progress in my email on the 1st of every month.

The most impressive about the company is that everything is always on point and as promised. people in this industry tend to promise most of the time and then can't deliver the results. But that's not the case with Webratna and Mr. Krunal

I guess they can send me a box of chocolate for giving them this sweet review over here. :)

We had internal team meetings to discuss our goals and requirements. From there, the team started working on the website, and after a few months, their team designed a fantastic E-commerce website. They updated content with such excellent quality, which reflects our firm's services with ease, and they also created a specific landing page from where clients can reach us quickly.

WebRatna assigned us 1 project manager who was there with us to communicate about everything and 2 Senior Developers and also a graphic designer to design a website in the backend.

After starting work with them, we've increased our almost 75% of traffic on our website, which raised our leads too. And our clients also have appreciated our new design because we're easily able to understand what we provide. Their work was fantastic.

We communicated with their project delivery manager and the team every Monday for the following tasks. Suppose there were delays due to holidays or for any reason; they used to notify us via emails and WhatsApp messages. To Coordinate with the team, we've used Microsoft Teams, Slack and the Project management tool Jira.

As we don't have any basic idea about managing and updating an E-commerce website, their team explained everything in detail with ease, which was quite unique and impressive.

They used custom PHP, CSS, HTML, WordPress for the development. The scope of work included graphical design, web design, development, and SEO. First, they did the research on the industry and needs, then they designed graphical screens for our requirements, followed by web design and content integration. They developed the backend after showing and confirming the web design. They also performed SEO after launching.

Web ratna have very experienced project manager. They followed very good method to first confirm the document and designs and then started the actual development to make sure that the results are matching our goals. They are using email, GIT, MS Teams, Skype, Zoom, and JIRA for project management.

Web ratna is a unique agency within IT vertical because of their project management approach, research strategy, unique eye in brand identity design, branding knowledge, and development skills.

We got hit with the recent Google update and the traffic dropped. We decided to run a technical audit and build some quality links with the help of guys at Web Ratna. Our goal was to get back the traffic and also boost the organic traffic before the 2nd quarter of 2022

I got a referral from one of my friends who's into SEO and has already worked with Web Ratna. He has got some staggering results for his eCommerce brands and a few affiliate marketing blogs too. That's it, we decided to give it a try and it worked out pretty well.

Our aim was to get back on track with respect to organic traffic. To start with, we wanted to identify the weak points of the blog and technical SEO pretty much summed up the problems the entire blog had. It took almost 1 month to cleanup the mess we had created for the past 10 years. Later on, we asked to improve our traffic to 10,000 per month to 30,000 per month in a span of 4 months. With some quality links and unbeatable content strategy, that was achieved too. And I was pretty much happy with the result as we almost lost hopes after the 2021 Google core update.

Initial communication wasn't clear but once they were in the zone, everything was smooth as butter! There's nothing much to suggest as they tick all the boxes.

With a time limit and set goals, they performed really well so we don't have any positive criticism.
