Inially Web Antler provided an SEO audit of our initial website which promoted the need for a new platform and provider to rebuild the website due to SEO underperformance and general site architecture. On building the new website Web Antler supported all SEO functions including sitemap, keywords, H tags, conical tags, meta data etc. Web Antler have also supported with both paid and organic Google advertising and some social advertising.

Web Antler produce a custom dashboard to view live SEO performance of the website and any paid advertising in place.

Yes items were delivered on time and they had great follow-up for progressing projects. They also worked really well with third party providers such as former and current web developers.

The most valuable aspect as the SEO audit, it uncovered a lot "under the hood" we were unaware of, educated us on different aspects of SEO and the importance of each as part of the process and provded great recommendations on improvements.

I'm a marketing manager at Target Furniture for New Zealand. We sell and brand fashionable furniture to New Zealand.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Antler?

The market for furniture in New Zealand is very saturated, so we wanted our brand to stand out. We were looking for a vendor who would help us with digital marketing efforts, while also working with our restricted budget.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were upfront about our budget restrictions and Web Antler was able to change the solution to fit within our financial year. They took our ECM and GDN and came up with great ideas about the way we could market ourselves on YouTube using our current assets. They’re also helping us with remarketing and using strategic buys to bring the costs down. We're planning to stretch further into the mobile space and do geo ranking.

We mostly work with our project manager.

My former colleague recommended them to me. I liked Web Antler's ideas and their agile approach, so I chose them.

We started working with them in December 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've definitely seen an increase in the organic searches. We wanted our ads to be seen by the right people, so Web Antler recommendations in terms of our target audiences and advertising have been very valuable. We're now able to get customers at the very end of their journey, right before they were about to convert.

How did Web Antler perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very responsive and address our requests quickly. Internally, we're transitioning to a project management tool called monday.com, and we've invited Web Antler to join our platform. They're very transparent and there is a record of everything, so we're happy with the process.

They're honest, transparent, and collaborative. They always provide valuable feedback and let us know if our ideas are not going to work.

I’m the founder and CEO of a startup called BetterSaver. Using our services, New Zealanders can compare KiwiSaver providers, which is our national superannuation scheme.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Antler?

We’d recently launched our business and wanted to get our name out in the market. Web Antler came on board to handle our digital marketing, driving traffic to our new site and generating more brand visibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They oversee all of our digital marketing efforts, from SEO and paid search to social media management and digital banners. On the PR front, they’ve written copy to ensure that it’s SEO compliant for Google and Bing. We’re also considering expanding their role in the future into more traditional advertising forms such as radio spots.

Brandon (Owner & Digital Media Director, Web Antler) acts as the project manager and is my main point of contact. I also work with George (SEO & Content Optimization Lead) and a copywriter.

How did you come to work with Web Antler?

The developers who built my website had a relationship with Web Antler, so they recommended them to me. As it turned out, I actually knew Brandon from school and had kept in touch with him for about 15 years. After giving him a call, I compared his company with other providers before going with him.

How much have you invested with them?

Our average monthly cost is just under $20,000 NZD ($13,600 USD), which includes the ad spend. The spend is closer to $5000 not including the ad spend

What is the status of this engagement?

Their work started in September 2018 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s still pretty early for us. Our site has been live for about six weeks, now, and we’ve just had our first full-month review. So far, everything is going well; we’re reviewing the data and tweaking our strategies as we move forward. We track in about two percent of traffic for our market, and the customer acquisition cost is lower than the market average.

How did Web Antler perform from a project management standpoint?

They keep diligent documentation around our schedule, outlining what and when something will happen. They’re also quick to reply via email. If we want to make any changes, even if they’re at the last minute, they’re happy to accommodate us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unlike other businesses that promise the world but under deliver, Web Antler does exactly as they say. They’re also easy to work with. Although I didn’t have much experience with digital marketing before, they’ve explained the process to me in a way that I could understand. Now, I can see why we do what we do and how we’re spending our money.

No, I don’t have many critiques. At this stage, we’re happy with their work.
