We engaged We Know Video to produce a series of videos showcasing the impact of the Department of Rural Health on rural health care.

These stories capture the voices of our students, staff, and community partners, highlighting how education, collaboration, and local opportunity are shaping stronger rural health outcomes across our footprint.

• Eight professionally produced videos capturing our impact across key themes: student experience, workforce development, community partnerships, cultural engagement, and local impact.
• Increased reach and engagement across digital platforms, with over 25,000 combined views across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram within the first month of release.
• Enhanced visibility of our programs and outcomes among key stakeholders, including university leadership, local health districts, and community partners.
• Positive audience sentiment, with strong qualitative feedback from staff, students, and external partners noting the videos’ authenticity and storytelling quality.
  Sustained value, with the videos now used in recruitment, orientation, and promotional activities across our footprint.

All milestones, including concept development, filming, and final delivery, were completed on schedule and to a high professional standard. The team was responsive to feedback, flexible with scheduling across multiple rural sites, and proactive in ensuring each story aligned with our brief and messaging goals.

Their collaborative approach allowed for a seamless workflow and ensured the final videos reflected the authentic voices and values of the Department of Rural Health.

We Know Video were tasked with 2x separate projects for Amazon. This involved taking a loose creative territory and forming a final proposed script. Managing all prop sourcing, location scouting and shoot prep / schedulling as well as filming on the day. 
Subsequently the team were tasked with the end-to-end editing, grading and dispatch of the social content. 
Both videos have performed exceptionally well, exceeding social performance KPIs tenfold. The first video, has become the businesses most viewed video of the year. With high engagement. 
Full service agency who provide needle pushing creative thoughts and have the means to execute it on the production side perfectly.
