I’m the marketing and communications manager of Clean Up Australia, a leading environmental organization that provides resources and support to communities, schools, and groups to clean up and conserve the environment across the country, while promoting sustainability and circular economy initiatives.

What challenge were you trying to address with We Know Video?

We needed to produce a new 30-second TV commercial that was emotive, impactful, and included a strong call to action for donations to Clean Up Australia.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We Know Video produced a TV commercial for us. They followed the storyboard and script we supplied. The team handled the filming, editing, and other production tasks associated with the TV commercial. In addition, they produced two radio ad edits.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from We Know Video.

How did you come to work with We Know Video?

I had previously worked with a team member in other roles. In addition, We Know Video had high ratings and good value for cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in May 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We Know Video delivered all the final assets on time to meet material deadlines for the various media publishers. Although the campaign hasn't gone live yet, the feedback from our team and other stakeholders is very positive about the finished TV commercial and the emotion it evokes.

The production was specific to elevate the brand's top-line awareness, put them at the forefront of consideration and ensure an efficient take up of conversions - all of which is within a super competitive landscape. 

WKV are meticulous is what they do and take great pride with their work. We’re already planning our next projects with the team!

Delivering such a high voume or targeted creative has set our client up for long-term success, prioritising creative diversification and reducing any risk of creative fatigue in the process. We're all very happy and in planning on how we can continue to build from the great position we already find ourselves in.

Felicity is seeking a compelling identity video (90–120 seconds) that positions the brand as a trusted, human-centric innovator in AI-powered infrastructure solutions. The video will establish Felicity’s emotional connection with its audiences, showcasing core themes of Safety, Savings, Sustainability, Optimisation, Innovation, and Community. 

We aim to differentiate Felicity in the smart infrastructure space by putting people and purpose at the center of our story — reinforcing that people buy from people.

I’m a producer at KWP+Partners, a creative advertising agency offering communications, branding, digital, and marketing solutions focused on customer experience and building emotional connections for brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with We Know Video?

We needed to produce a campaign shot interstate and within client's budget, which included a long form video including many other assets. We were looking at how we could do a set build within budget and WKV offered us a great solution and they really delivered on it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We Know Video produced 1 long-form video, 5x 15-second videos, 2x 30-second videos, a radio record on set, and photography. The team was responsible for filming, photographing, postproduction/editing.

Jeremie Benard had met with us online previously. We chose them for this campaign because they were eager to work with us and had producer other not for profit work, offered good value work no matter the budget, were in the state we were looking at shooting and provided us with a different approach we hadn't yet considered.

We spent around $70k AUD.

We worked together from August–October 2025.

We Know Video's deliverables received positive feedback from our client and agency. The outcome was better than expected, and the team stayed within the budget.

How did We Know Video perform from a project management standpoint?

We Know Video's project management was incredible. The team had great communication and was very professional. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings, calls, text and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with We Know Video's approach to green screen, which we used for a 1.5-day shoot. The team showed us how the outcome would look on the split screen, which was a game-changer for the client on the day. We Know Video thought of everything, and the shoot was seamless and efficient.

We Know Video were tasked with 2x separate projects for Amazon. This involved taking a loose creative territory and forming a final proposed script. Managing all prop sourcing, location scouting and shoot prep / schedulling as well as filming on the day. 
Subsequently the team were tasked with the end-to-end editing, grading and dispatch of the social content. 
Both videos have performed exceptionally well, exceeding social performance KPIs tenfold. The first video, has become the businesses most viewed video of the year. With high engagement. 
Full service agency who provide needle pushing creative thoughts and have the means to execute it on the production side perfectly.
