We worked with We Are Alive to create an animated video that would help make an important but potentially confusing part of our clients journey much easier to understand. We needed to clearly explain how blood samples should be correctly labelled, prepared and packaged before being sent to the laboratory. We Are Alive took what could have been quite dry, instructional content and turned it into a clear, engaging and easy-to-follow animation. They understood the challenge quickly and were able to simplify the information without losing any of the important detail. The final video feels very much in keeping with the Medichecks brand while making the process much more accessible for our customers. It was also great to work with a UK-based production partner who was responsive, collaborative and easy to work with throughout the project. We were really pleased with the final result and would happily recommend We Are Alive to other organisations looking to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way.

Following the introduction of the instruction video, we saw a noticeable reduction in contacts from partners asking how to package and label tests or how to use the system, showing that the video has helped make the process clearer and easier to follow.
