    Every Wasper engagement runs on the same operating rhythm so clients know exactly what to expect. Each client has one strategy, one performance target, and one team accountable to it. Hamza is on every account and the senior team works directly with clients. There are no junior account handlers translating between you and the people doing the work. Communication runs on three layers. A short written update lands every Friday covering what we did that week, what we're doing next week, and anything we need from you. A monthly strategy and reporting call walks through the previous month's performance against target and confirms the plan for the next 30 days. A quarterly business review takes a wider view of progress against the original growth target and recommends where to double down or change direction. Day-to-day collaboration happens through a shared CRM space where clients can see live campaign status, content production progress, and reporting in one place. WhatsApp and email cover quicker exchanges, but the source of truth is always written and trackable. The goal is for clients to feel like they've added a senior marketing team to their business, not hired another supplier to manage. By month two, most clients describe working with us as having a marketing department rather than an agency.

    Reporting is one of the most important parts of how we work. Most agencies report on impressions, reach and follower growth because those numbers always go up. We don't. Every monthly report is built around the metrics that actually affect the client's business: cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, qualified lead volume, pipeline contribution and revenue impact. Reports are written in plain English so a marketing manager can put them in front of a board, an MD or a financial controller without having to translate the jargon. Each report follows the same structure. Headline result versus target. What we did and why. What worked, with the data behind it. What didn't work, and what we're changing. Spend breakdown by channel. Recommendations for next month. Reports are delivered on the first working day of each month, not the seventh or the fifteenth. The monthly review call happens within the first week, and the agreed actions move straight into the next month's plan. If a channel isn't delivering, we say so openly and reallocate budget rather than hide it in a footnote. Between formal reports, clients receive a short written update every Friday. Around 200 words. Three sections: what we did this week, what we're doing next, anything we need from you. Five-minute read. The principle behind all of it: clients should always know what they paid for, what it produced, and what we're doing about anything that didn't work.

    Turnaround depends on the type of work, but speed is a structural advantage of running creative and media in the same team. We don't wait three weeks for an external creative agency to deliver an ad we then have to rework for performance. Typical timelines: Paid media campaigns: New campaigns are briefed, built and launched within 5 to 7 working days of strategy sign-off. Existing campaigns are optimised continuously, with creative refreshes briefed and shipped on a 2 to 3 week cycle. Creative production: Video shoots are planned on a bi-monthly cadence for clients with content-heavy strategies. Standard ad creative (static images, short-form video edits) turns around in 3 to 5 working days. Larger content shoots from brief to final delivery typically run 3 to 4 weeks. SEO and content: Pillar articles from brief to publication take around 10 to 14 days including review. SEO technical work depends on scope but most audits and recommendations are delivered within 2 weeks. Email and CRM: Standard email flows are built within 7 to 10 working days. Single campaign sends turn around in 3 to 5 days. Strategy and reporting: Monthly reports are delivered on the first working day of each month, every month, without exception. Urgent ad-hoc requests get answered within the same working day. The senior team is available directly, not gated by an account manager. We don't promise unrealistic speed, but we move significantly faster than agencies that outsource creative or pass work between siloed departments.

    Onboarding is a structured 14-day process. We treat the first two weeks as the most important part of the whole engagement, because this is where trust gets built or lost. Day 1: Welcome email and a personal video from Hamza walking the client through what the next two weeks will look like. Calendar invites for the kick-off and strategy calls are already booked. Days 2 to 4: Clients complete a structured onboarding form covering brand assets, ad account access, analytics access, existing creative, brand guidelines, tone of voice, target audience details, competitor analysis and current pain points. We design it to take 20 to 30 minutes, not hours. Day 5: Kick-off call with Hamza and the relevant team members. We've read everything submitted, so the call is about pressure-testing assumptions, not repeating questions. Days 6 to 10: We build the 90-day strategy document. Plain English, no jargon, sections covering where the business is now, where it's going, the three things we're going to do about it, what success looks like at 30, 60 and 90 days, and what we need from the client. Days 11 to 14: Strategy presentation call. The client can push back, ask questions or change priorities. Once signed off, the first campaigns are briefed, content shoots are scheduled, tracking is configured, dashboards are built and the operation goes live. By day 14, every client has a written strategy, a confirmed plan, live campaigns and a clear monthly rhythm. No client should ever ask "what are we actually doing?" after their first two weeks with Wasper.

We handle client and customer data under documented data processing agreements. Personal data collected through ad campaigns, lead generation forms and CRM flows is processed lawfully, stored securely and only retained as long as needed. Every client engagement begins with a clear data processor or controller relationship defined in writing. Our advertising practice follows Meta, Google and other platforms' policies on sensitive categories, consent-based audiences and conversion tracking. We use Conversion API and server-side tracking implementations that respect user consent signals, and we work with clients to ensure cookie banners, privacy notices and consent management platforms are correctly configured. For clients in highly regulated sectors (financial services, healthcare-adjacent, public sector), we follow the additional compliance requirements set by the client's legal or compliance team. All client data, ad account access and campaign assets are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Internal staff access is restricted by role, and access is revoked immediately when team members leave or when client engagements end. If a client has specific regulatory requirements beyond GDPR, we work with their legal team to document and meet them before campaigns go live.
