I required a rebuild of my existing shopify website inline with new UX and website design provided. Wartiz Technologies listened to my requirement to make the components customisable so I could make minor changes to in the future. They built everything within a free custom theme and built everything within components which I could modify, hide or move around within the template. They also worked on improving my site SEO and helping list my products within google store.

There were a few things that were not fully editable my end, or if I made a change, the coding would break. These things they should test for and provide guidance on how to fix it if things break.

I’m the founder and CEO of Roshan Energy. We manage electrical and water utilities for multifamily units.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wartiz Technologies?

We started the company in 2020 and reached out to Wartiz Technologies to help with web development and design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wartiz Technologies designed and developed our website from scratch using PHP. They designed database technology that records utility data and converts it to currency. We had previously created the site’s engine using Visual Basic. However, that programming language wasn’t reliable. We gave the engine to Wartiz Technologies, and they converted it to PHP and put it on the server. 

The website is structured with various steps. First, the site receives data to calculate the users’ water and electricity usage and converts it into currency based on the neighborhood’s and utility provider’s rates. Customers can log into the site, check their monthly utility usage, view their balance, and pay online. From there, the site generates a statement and sends it to the user in a PDF document.

Additionally, the site has functionality for landlords to log in and see their renters’ balances and whether they’ve paid. In this functionality, the money gets transferred to their landlord’s account when the renters pay their bills.

I found Wartiz Technologies online while searching for top PHP and full stack database developers. Initially, I found Amit’s LinkedIn profile, and his portfolio was really strong.

The website project lasted from August 2020–May 2022. When we need updates, we still contact Wartiz Technologies.

The quality of Wartiz Technologies’ work exceeded our expectations — their skills were very strong. Our users are very satisfied with the website. 

How did Wartiz Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They met deadlines. We used Microsoft project management tools and communicated through text messages, WhatsApp, and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Wartiz Technologies’ skillful team distinguished them from other providers. They appreciated our feedback and delivered exactly what we asked for. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they needed to improve; they did a great job. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to have a proper proposal and understand your business plan. Deliver your proposal with all the necessary details to Wartiz Technologies. I recommend them; as long as you have a strong proposal, you’re guaranteed success with them.

Transparent Health Plans is a startup concept. We needed a full stack custom development IT company that can lay down the requirements from scratch and develop it with latest technologies.

Wartiz technologies was recommended to me by someone and after reviewing some of their past projects and taking to Amit, I decided to go with them.

We started laying down the initial wireframe in March 2018 and it took us couple of months to finish the 1st phase of the project. Since the successful launch , its an ongoing relationship with Wartiz Technologies in achieving further developments and integrations.

I am really pleased with the services provided by Amit and his team at Wartiz Technologies. They concept has been transformed into a reality. I have already started another project with Wartiz this year

Wartiz's approach in achieving and delivery of the concept is impressive.

The only area where Wartiz needs a little improvement is the content writing.

During COVID-19 our team was required to work remotely from home. We needed an online project/job management system to track all jobs we have with clients

How did you select Wartiz Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

Wartiz Tech suggested a web based solution which gave access for our full team on any device

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Scope of work was to create a website that could manage and track every job similar to how we operated with a manual system while working in an office. As designers, we created a clean simple interface that was extremely user friendly, otherwise the team would not utilise it.

From there the technical part to link it all together and create databases and directories, was the programmer's task. From logging billable hours to adding attachments like quotes purchase orders and other documents, to also showing the status of each job were some of the functionality needed. When changes came from a client or made internally the team member would receive alerts that updates were required.

It also has a fully directory of clients, contacts and suppliers which are all linked together. The most important asset was for us to self generate consecutive job numbers which also included a 3 letter client code, so that identifier can be linked with our accounting system and also dropbox files linked to each individual job.

Then finally a filtering system to generate reports, whether it for completed jobs that needed billing, or a WIP for clients to know the status of their jobs. Although the majority of this resource was for desktop use, it was also made responsive for use on ipads and mobile phones.

We primarily dealt with Amit the project manager and owner of the business. I believe there were a few programmers involved.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been using the website successfully for the last few weeks and all the functionality works well. It was complete, tested and delivered in a timely manner.

The team was very responsive in requests and any additional feature required was never an issue and completed as required

Amit was very personable and accommodating to achieve the required outcome. He used the design template we created and coded the site to achieve the style and functionality we needed

Although we had some issues where we were getting constant errors when testing, these were resolved within the working day.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wartiz Technologies?

We hired them to write an internal database to manage our CRM, our loan portfolio, and several other functions within our organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They wrote all our code, and they maintain each element I mentioned. The functions allow for multiple-user access and input. We draft loan documents from collected data, and we can draft emails for our clients. The CRM notifies us when loans come due, when we receive draw requests, and for a gamut of other tasks. I explained everything I wanted, but I left all the code and the technologies to them.

What is the team composition?

They've been a vendor for us for over three years, and the team has changed over that relationship. On average, we work with a team of three at any given time.

We found them through Upwork.

What is the status of this engagement?

I believe the collaboration started in July 2016, and we continue to use them to add functionality.

The team is great, and everything they provide functions really well.

How did Wartiz Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. They're always available, even though they are in India and work opposite hours to us. We share a document that outlines everything we need, and they highlight each item as they complete it. We were extremely detailed with what we needed from them, and we do a lot of video conferencing and recordings. They don't provide insight or ideas; they simply deliver on the requirements we give them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their English is good, and they get the work done at an affordable rate. For the most part, everything they deliver is correct.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be helpful if they were in our time zone, but our communication is good. We'd also appreciate more feedback on what we do, but this kind of interaction is to be expected with a vendor like them.

Be very detailed about what you need, how you want the product to look, and the functions you want.
