I’m the founder and CEO of a Majalis mobile app startup that I’m launching.

During the month of Muharram, I had a brilliant idea to develop a mobile application for Hussaniya Search. We have no prior experience with mobile application development! The WanBuffer team was able to guide us through the process of making the right decisions and implementing the most effective practises to continuously drive progress. Because the app required complicated features such as geolocation, live feed, and they were able to own the project and turn concepts into a tangible software, they were successful!

Goals for this project - My goal was to design a user-friendly app that would assist users in getting the most out of their experience! Despite the fact that the hunt is for a very distinct hussaniya, the teams were able to adapt and come up with innovative concepts and characteristics.

We began working on the project with a simple concept six months ago. The concept was to develop a mobile application that would allow users to get to Hussinya during the time of muhrram in Kuwait by using their smartphones. It just took two weeks to select the most important features that would be prioritised during the development process. After that, the team submitted innovative and on-target ideas, and after a few tweaks, we were able to begin work on the project. Throughout the development phase, the team was extremely transparent and communicated developments in a very clear and understandable manner. We are now within striking distance of launching, and the team is putting up an impressive amount of effort to finalise the specifics so that we can go live as soon as possible.

The team was led by a project manager with more than six years of expertise in the field of mobile application development. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For example, we started with a simple concept and ended up with a complicated application completed in less than 6 months!

Their communication was completely understandable. We took things one step at a time, breaking down development into phases and putting the outcomes through their paces following each upgrade to the beta release.

Wanbuffer is know to us from long time due to they good reputation in the market. There were another vendors in our evaluation list, but the owner of Wanbuffer was personally involved and has good vision about the technical & functional expertise of our product & its goals. As the solution we were developing is going to be used in the global marked, it was required to choose correct partner who can understand global market need, manage dynamic functionalities and manage result oriented developers team.

They have designed, developed, Tested and Implemented E-bidding solution for global market with multi-language user access. Manage various types of business process. Dynamic Workflow approvals. Upstream & Downstream Integration with ERPs like Oracle, SAP, MS-Dynamics AX2012/D365

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

E-Bidding solution go-Live in only 2 Trials after UAT which was big achievement. The delivery was on time as per Project Planning tracker. We started realizing ROI from the day of solution Go-Live. We have hired Wanbuffer for Technical Support for 3 years for our E-Bidding solution as they are best in services (Technical & On-Time Response)

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was done very professionally. Their team regularly complied with deadlines and always communicated delays well ahead of time. Unexpected turnover never threatened to stop critical progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part of this project was a 365-degree communication between the entire team. Each and every critical part of development are develop with all functional and validation in a smooth transaction by team.

Overall its really good in development but they need to improve there documentation skill set.

We needed an analysis tool. There were several options already available on the market, but we wanted to develop one that was particularly user-friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wanbuffer developed a SaaS application that integrates with data from Excel. They created a special KPI for suppliers, so that users can see supplier rankings. The team also did graphics. They developed everything in PHP.

We worked with a project manager, a designer, developers, and data specialists. I was mainly in contact with the project manager and the data manager.

We started working together in 2018. Development spanned three-and-a-half months, and then we did testing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Customers no longer need to use Excel to find their data; they have direct access to pre-prepared reports via the analysis tool. The French unemployment department uses the product, which has around 55 active users. Everyone is satisfied with the work.

How did Wanbuffer perform from a project management standpoint?

They were quick to respond. We discovered some small bugs through online testing, but Wanbuffer made the necessary changes. We had phone calls every three days.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Wanbuffer always had a solution. They were very knowledgeable about SAP and mobile applications. Unlike other vendors I’ve worked with, they met timelines. It was easy to work with them.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Wan Buffer Services demonstrated an exceptional comprehension of our specifications and put forth a comprehensive proposal. The creation of a customise Odoo solutions healthcare management system was part of the task description. This required the integration of electronic health records (EHR) and devices, the development of a user-friendly interface for patients and healthcare providers, and the application of cutting-edge data security measures.
