I’m the business development manager of BIBU, an IT company. We provide personalized IT career counseling and practical career roadmaps to help individuals enter, transition into, or progress their careers in the technology industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Walstar Media LLP?

We needed to design and develop a professional website that clearly positioned our business around IT career counseling. The key objective was to present our personalized career assessment and roadmap services clearly, build credibility, and create a platform that converts visitors into client inquiries.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Walstar Media LLP handled the end-to-end website design and development for BIBU. The scope included UI/UX design, WordPress development, mobile-responsive design, structuring the IT career counseling and roadmap services, inquiry and contact functionality, basic SEO setup, testing, deployment, and ongoing technical support and website enhancements.Moreover, Walstar Media LLP was responsible for designing and developing the complete BIBU website, including the Home, About, IT Career Counseling services, Career Roadmap, Blog, and Contact sections. They also implemented inquiry/contact forms, calls-to-action, responsive mobile layouts, service-related content sections, and the overall navigation and user experience. The objective was to make it easy for visitors to understand the service, explore how the career counseling process works, and take the next step by making an inquiry.

We worked together from June–July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The key measurable outcome was the successful delivery and launch of a fully functional, professional website within the agreed timeframe. Walstar Media LLP transformed the initial concept into a structured digital platform with clear service offerings, responsive design, inquiry functionality, and a strong foundation for SEO and future digital marketing.As BIBU is still in its early growth stage, longer-term measures such as lead generation, conversion rates, and organic traffic are still being established. However, the early feedback has been positive, particularly around the professional look and feel of the website, clarity of the services, and ease of navigation. Visitors have been able to quickly understand BIBU’s IT career counseling and roadmap offering.Moreover, the website has been performing well from a technical and user-experience perspective, particularly in terms of page responsiveness, mobile usability, and navigation. We plan to use analytics over the coming months to measure these metrics more accurately and optimize the site further.
