Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President/Co-Founder of a boutique Business Development and Advisory company. We just launched our business last year and we are focused on providing support services for the hospitality industry and other business development opportunities.

For what projects/services did your company hire W. Gomez CPA, LLC, and what were your goals?

We hired Wilsandra to provide accounting/CPA services to both our business and personal. Our goals were to hire a partner that, more than just providing the basic services, would also be able to provide the best financial and tax guidance.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We researched several small independent accounting services and CPA providers and Wilsandra was the one that offered immediate assistance and availability and willingness to tackle our late filings and also the one assisting us with tax guidance as if she was part of the company.

Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership and any software or documents used.

The engagement from the start was to handle all accounting, bookkeeping, and financial activity for our business as well as handling all tax-related matters. The software used to support her services was QuickBook. Wilsandra also had access to our business banking accounts.

Describe their billing or cost structure.

Wilsandra's fees were approximately $1000 per month for all support and services provided. That included calls to review financials twice a month and continuous unlimited email and text correspondence. Reprsentation for Tax purposes was also included.

Just Wilsandra herself.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

Wilsandra was effective, approachable and when some matters required additional information, she was diligent in her research and timely in providing feedback on her findings.

Email, text and phone calls were the communication tools. She was always accessible to any questions and very timely in her responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're willing to take on the challenge at hand with an open mind and the confidence in getting the job done.
