The video helps the sales team Number of proposals and meetings where it's used; sales team feedback.

Overall value Revenue from deals the video influenced ÷ project cost.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything went smoothly, and delivery was within the agreed-upon timeframe. But as with any important material there needs to be some felxibility on time. So at the beginning of the project this was discussed and agreed upon. The response at all times was very prompt and aknowledged. After which a time frame was given to answer the query. So, in general the communcation was very good at all time.

Each gate is signed off on time, no unapproved costs appear, you receive a weekly one-page status update, and you have one feedback round per stage with consolidated comments. It closes with a short wrap-up session that checks the deliverables against the scope and sets the 30/90/180-day review of the measurable outcomes from earlier.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Longevity, they've operated since 2013, so they're established rather than a recent start-up. Direct access to senior people. In a team this small you usually deal directly with the people doing the creative work, not account managers.

Well regarded for delivery. Their responsiveness, patience, persistence until the result was right, and delivery on time and on budget.

Visual flair, their portfolio is high-energy and cinematic, well suited to product launches, tech solutions and anything that needs to look premium or futuristic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something vsesvit.io could have done differently?

For what they are producing and how they are operating they will continue to build quality products and business. They just need to create more awareness of their services which will put them in a good place.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The key deliverable in this project was a 3D video (created in Unreal Engine) consisting of 3 parts, which served as a background for our client's event. It was a futuristic concept we worked on together with Vsesvit. Unreal Engine allowed us to be more flexible about the video, camera movement, rendering in real time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our client was happy with the result, and I was also satisfied with the format and speed of communication.
• We had more iterations than clients usually have (that was a pleasant surprise).
• During the first animation tests, we checked the lightning and color profile, which worked well, and the Vsesvit team was responsive enough to be ready to make any adjustments after those first test (which is very important as for the graphics for the event).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• We had more iterations than planned.
• The result was delivered on time.
• Sometimes the team was working during the nights and we had a late morning (4-5AM) chats before the event, to make sure that everything goes perfect.
