Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Vrinsoft was engaged to design and develop the LoKo platform, a location-based discovery service that helps users find local businesses, events, places and experiences. The project included a mobile app, a business-owner portal, a super-admin panel and a public marketing website. Key deliverables included user registration and onboarding, interest-based discovery, location and radius searches, business and event listings, saved LoKo Lists, notifications and engagement tracking. Vrinsoft also developed the business registration and subscription process, event-posting features, payment integration through Stripe, Google Maps and location functionality, and the backend APIs connecting the different platforms. Their work also included testing, deployment, hosting setup and ongoing technical support and maintenance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the project is still ongoing and has not officially launched, measurable customer, download and revenue results are not yet available. However, significant progress has been demonstrated through the delivery of four connected components: the mobile app, public website, business-owner portal and super-admin panel. Core features and integrations have also been developed, including user accounts, location-based discovery, business and event listings, Stripe payments, Google Maps, notifications and administration tools. Test versions have allowed us to review the complete user and business flows, identify issues and provide feedback for continued improvement ahead of launch.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project has been managed through regular communication, progress updates, meetings and ongoing testing. As LoKo is a complex platform with several connected systems, some timelines have shifted while features were refined and issues were addressed. However, the team has remained responsive and willing to work through our feedback. They listen carefully to our needs, explain proposed changes and continue making adjustments as the project moves towards launch.

What was your primary form of communication with Vrinsoft Technology?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What has stood out most is the team’s patience, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with us throughout the project. They have remained approachable and responsive, even when we have provided detailed feedback or requested changes. They take the time to listen, explain the technical side clearly and work with us to find practical solutions that support our vision for LoKo.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vrinsoft Technology could have done differently?

At this stage, we do not have any significant areas for improvement to raise. The project is still ongoing, and the team has remained responsive, supportive and willing to address our feedback throughout the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The company produced some initial wireframes and early-stage development work, but the quality was very low and did not meet professional standards. The team appeared inexperienced, and we had to spend significant time correcting their work. As a result, there were no meaningful or usable outcomes delivered.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Very poor project management. After signing, it became clear the assigned team lacked the required expertise, communication broke down, and no usable deliverable was provided.

Our collaboration focuses on improving SEO performance and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. We saw progress and success in SEO performance and digital marketing, including a 40-position average improvement in SEO rankings, 30% growth in organic traffic, acquisition of about 200 high quality backlinks. these outcome were expected and they delivered.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

I work with Vora (The Project Manager), and she is very quick. In the corporate world, things don’t move as fast because they have to go through so many people. With Vrinsoft, we would talk about something and either that day or the next one, I would get an email with an update. There’s always follow-up at the end of the week or the next Monday, and I definitely feel like our projects are always a priority.

They get work done, and when there are delays, they keep working on it, giving us updates every other day, and reassuring us. To communicate with them, we have a meeting every other week on Wednesday. If a project needs more attention, we’ll just make more meetings throughout the week, and we always find time for it. We use Excel or Word documents because our work focuses mostly on strategic planning and the overall digital marketing of the website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be honest, I think it's their tactics. There is no one correct technique to do SEO or digital marketing—it all relies on the person doing the work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vrinsoft Technology could have done differently?

Although they offer family services, they are all divided into various bundles. For instance, we would have to add another plan to the one we already have if we wanted to add social media or PPC, and that might get expensive. It would be beneficial, in my opinion, if they increased the scope of their products.
