The company produced some initial wireframes and early-stage development work, but the quality was very low and did not meet professional standards. The team appeared inexperienced, and we had to spend significant time correcting their work. As a result, there were no meaningful or usable outcomes delivered.

Very poor project management. After signing, it became clear the assigned team lacked the required expertise, communication broke down, and no usable deliverable was provided.

Our brand was looking for more bookings on our resorts across India. Our goal was to receive a certain number of phone calls each day and booking. Our brand, Praveg, is one of the most well-known in the sector, but some of our new projects needed better visibility.   

Key deliverables:

The target of generating 100+ phone calls daily for resort bookings. 

The target is to get a certain number of leads per campaign. 

Improve the quality of leads across different properties. 

Improve branding on social media platforms. 

The target is to get number of leads from social media campaigns.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a target of 100 calls a day, but within two weeks we were getting around 130 calls daily for our Diu properties. After this success, we added more properties like Lakshadweep, Velavadar, Tent City Narmada, Tent City Ayodhya, and others. Now, we get 100+ calls and website leads every day for Ayodhya and around 120 calls daily for Tent City Narmada, with about 70% of phone calls turning into bookings. 

They also handle social media paid campaigns for all locations and achive a good number of leads. The team is also helping us with revenue generation by working with our in-house team to plan follow-ups and improve our strategies.

We had a great experience with their team and project management. The deliverables were on time, and we received reports on a regular basis. They responded to our feedback quickly and made adjustments to the campaign.

We saw progress and success in SEO performance and digital marketing, including a 40-position average improvement in SEO rankings, 30% growth in organic traffic, acquisition of about 200 high quality backlinks. these outcome were expected and they delivered.

I work with Vora (The Project Manager), and she is very quick. In the corporate world, things don’t move as fast because they have to go through so many people. With Vrinsoft, we would talk about something and either that day or the next one, I would get an email with an update. There’s always follow-up at the end of the week or the next Monday, and I definitely feel like our projects are always a priority.

They get work done, and when there are delays, they keep working on it, giving us updates every other day, and reassuring us. To communicate with them, we have a meeting every other week on Wednesday. If a project needs more attention, we’ll just make more meetings throughout the week, and we always find time for it. We use Excel or Word documents because our work focuses mostly on strategic planning and the overall digital marketing of the website.

To be honest, I think it's their tactics. There is no one correct technique to do SEO or digital marketing—it all relies on the person doing the work.

Although they offer family services, they are all divided into various bundles. For instance, we would have to add another plan to the one we already have if we wanted to add social media or PPC, and that might get expensive. It would be beneficial, in my opinion, if they increased the scope of their products.

We went through everything we do in our long kick-off meeting that followed. Then they started going through our system, adding unit tests to any modules that didn't have any. They spent more than a year refining the user experience, switching to typescript, and extensively testing the application.

We are planning to implement a marketplace app where individual business owners or shop owners can register and sell their products. Primarily, grocery stores and restaurants. They will be able to register their store's profile and list their products through our app medium. Through our app platform, customers will be able to search for any store including products in proximity to them and individual customer can place their orders through the app and the order gets delivered to their doorsteps.

Our focus is to target the vendors and consumers in Africa, primarily targeting the people in any part of Nigeria. However, this app may also function in any part of the world so that people can shop through the local grocery vendors in the app.

• The projects took almost two years to be fully delivered due to the back-and-forth changes we implemented. Finally, the project was delivered, and we were able to launch our app.

The website still new and has not been tested by the end-users. However, some partners described the website as a great tool, which will change the game for generating leads in the worktops industry.
