Vraja Technologies built a custom surgery module in Odoo for my plastic surgery practice. Key deliverables: surgical case management, an admission document generated automatically from each case (with patient-specific checklists and medication stop instructions), a surgical calendar per operating day, Stripe payment integration, and a hospital invoice. They also migrated our existing patient contacts into Odoo and handled additional requests for the admission document and calendar along the way.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The surgery module went live in production in September 2026 and is used daily in our practice. Surgical cases, admission documents and patient instructions now come out of one system instead of separate tools, which saves our office significant time per surgery and reduces errors. The project was delivered within the agreed hourly budget, and additional requests were quoted transparently upfront.

Project management was structured and responsive. The team (project lead, CTO and developer) picked up detailed specifications quickly, confirmed them clearly and implemented them carefully. Communication ran smoothly by email with calls when needed, questions were answered fast, and they adapted well to the specific needs of a medical practice. Milestones and the payment schedule were clearly agreed and followed.

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

Their responsiveness and technical depth in Odoo stood out. They understood complex clinical workflows, such as admission documents with patient-specific checklists and medication stop instructions, and translated them into a working module. Pricing was fair and transparent, and they were always willing to go the extra mile.

Nothing significant. A short written summary after each call would make decisions even easier to track, but overall they are a reliable partner I would recommend to any practice looking to customise Odoo.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and position.

I am the Owner/Investor of Faith Above Fear Ordnance

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

Vraja support helped massively with my company's ERP.  I run multiple small companies and had some isses with ERP specifics of one of them that was eating into it's success.  Vraja's engineer both modified addon software and followed up with some one on one conferencing to ensure I configured it properly on my side.

The response time to issues is very quick and the time spent on my issue was generous and the communication very clear and direct.

Vraja is the first vendor I look at for add ons and consulting in the future.  They get stuff done quickly and cleanly and get me back to business.
