We were starting a new website so VR Market Solutions were hired on services of web development, web designe, developing social media presence and sorts of digital marketing and PR.

Vendor was selected based on their previous project and experience related to VR technologies

At the beginning VR Market Solutions presented us a few demo website solutions/designs for us to choose. After our decision, they delivered a Wordpress website with all the plugins, widgets and features we asked for. Afterwards they provided consultation on building social media, Facebook and Linkedin, prepared a PR release and set google ads.

From the beginning and through the whole project the main contact was a key account manager, alongside professionals like designer for wordpress, SEO consultant, PR assistant, community manager and graphic designer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a fresh start for our news agency, numbers are growing according to plans and our journalists find it user friendly

As of official beginning of web development, we had weekly check in meetings and daily communication by email and Slack. Everything was due to the schedule we agreed on.

Wide set of skills and different kind of professionals was what amazed us the most

What was the team composition?

Three members of the team were hired for the project - members of the filming team, the PR manager, and the marketing manager. They worked closely with our team to fulfill all the required tasks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was 3 creative VR videos used on all the platforms, very successful PR campaign, and we gained high visibility through a media buying campaign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had daily zoom meetings and daily email and phone communication and one exciting VR meeting in Horizon Workrooms.
