We appreciated Vous' initiative in reaching out and attention to detail in their work. The content provided was very high quality and exceeded expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vous Network could have done differently?

Our only area for improvement/recommendation would be to offer a short contract outlining the agreements around content use and ownership. The current arragement was last minute and casual, and as a smaller company, we had no issues with how things played out. However, some companies may require documentation before proceeding with an arrangement like this and it may be nice to have on hand. Just something to think about!
