For what projects/services did your company hire Volse Agency?

We hired Volse Agency to create our brand image and kickstart our social media. The first priority was LinkedIn and they did a great job around it, which brought us a number of clients. After that, they also started working on our Instagram.

Creating a brand image, transmitting the value proposition of our platform, getting potential clients interested.

How did you select Volse Agency?

I was approached by the representative of the company on LinkedIn at a very appropriate moment (we were looking for improvement of our social media). After that, they created a very good creative proposal.

Volse Agency created the overall concept of our branding not only on social media but also outside. They were creating content together with the copywriting and publishing it on our behalf.

We were in touch with the designer, creative director and digital marketing manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They made our social media shine and it increased our sales dramatically. The engagement with our social media also increased by 500%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was super-efficient. We were approving all the content through the specialized platform and were always able to provide critical feedback, which most importantly they always took into action.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their attitude to the client. They did their best in everything, and it stayed the same even after some months we were working together. Everything was always on time and with great quality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The experience was great. I've got no suggestions for improvement.
