Please describe your company and your position there.

I operate under the name Jola Pictures illustration & Calligraphy. I am a freelance illustrator specialising in watercolour painting, drawing and calligraphy. I work to briefs and execute commissions for private and business clients. I also run online and face-to-face art workshops.

I hired Vixen Digital to help me with overall digital marketing strategy and to set up and manage paid ads on Google as well as social media.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to promote my art and get more commission-based projects. My other goal was to promote my workshops in order to get more sales (for online workshops) and bookings (for the face-to-face ones).

I found them via a quick Google search and sent out an enquiry. After the initial chat, they came back to me with a very detailed proposal, which I was happy to go ahead with.

Vixen Digital advise me on how to plan my paid media strategy for each one of my goals. They advised which platforms, campaigns and ads to use, as well as what budget to assign to obtain my goals.

They set up the campaigns, help me with technicalities such as conversion tracking and assist me with managing the campaigns on a monthly basis.

What was the team composition?

My points of contact were Sean and Maggie who both specialise in paid ads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My campaigns help me to increase the number of good quality enquiries that convert into paying commissions, as well as more bookings for my workshops. I also managed to increase the number of visitors across my social media profiles.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I'm very pleased with the work ethic and responsiveness of the team. They are always one step ahead, providing updates on results as well as the completed and planned tasks. They are proactive and always come up with new strategies and tests to run. In my experience, they always seem to go the extra mile.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Good results, proactivity and creativity in approach. Plus definitely their quick response times.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing I can think of. I am very happy with the collaboration to date! Keep up the good work! :)

After talking on the phone it was an easy decision. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable from the start, there was a clear plan.

It was a PPC campaign focused on optimising my website, new content generation and increasing my presence and rankings locally.

I dealt primarily with Sean but also with Maggie. Both were very knowledgeable PPC Consultants and a pleasure to speak to.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I general I have seen a visible increase in traffic to my website and higher rankings on google within my field and locality. I have had some new clients coming to me thanks to the campaign.

They are very understanding and patient especially with someone who doesn't know a lot about PPC. They are happy to talk and answer questions and good at explaining things. Communication was regular and quality and they would always get back to me promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The results were great but it was also a pleasure to interact with both Sean and Maggie. Their friendly and professional attitude was made working with them enjoyable.

I can't think of anything.
