Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the president of Lineage Construction, a general contractor and construction manager in New York City.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vital Branding?

We recently changed the name of our company after 30 years so we wanted new branding to reflect that change. Additionally, our website was old and incredibly outdated so we were looking to create a new one.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vital Branding developed a new website from scratch. Their team designed our new logo and branding. They presented us with around 10 options to choose from and we picked the one we liked best. Then, they applied those designs to the website and to our marketing collateral, including our business cards and a brochure.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with Tara (Founder & President). 

How did you come to work with Vital Branding?

I recieved a referral from one of my subcontractors. Vital Branding had created their site and I really liked the way it looked. After emailing them and meeting with Tara twice, we decided to work with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement ran from May–November 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our new website is significantly better than our old one. We get a lot of great feedback on our business cards and our website. Our new branding is much more professional.

How did Vital Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a very smooth workflow. Tara and I communicated regularly and she would initiate meetings if there was anything we needed to discuss. Our teams used Zoom, phone calls, and email to communicate. The Vital Branding team met every deadline. It was a really pleasant experience. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really took the time to get to know who we are and what we’re looking to do. It wasn’t just someone creating our website, we became really friendly over time. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything went great and I’m really happy with the product.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If someone has the funds and is looking for a full revamp, I highly recommend working with Vital Branding. It was a great one-stop-shop for all of our needs.

Vital Branding did all the marketing, logos, and website adjustments for my company.

What were your goals for this project?

To present a modern, stylist image to General Contractors and Interior Design Architects in the New York City area.

How did you select Vital Branding?

I know Tara through a friend who recommended her and since she had great qualifications, we decided to hire her.

We hired Vital Branding to change our logo and come up with marketing material. She fixed out website and designed it to look a lot more up to date.

What was the team composition?

I worked with Tara and another sales manager in my office. The three of us worked together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was a much-needed update to our website. Vital Branding also developed a new logo for us as well as some marketing material designed to explain and show the products we manufacture.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were no issues with the workflow between our company and Vital branding. Through in person meetings and virtual meetings, there was no delay. The job was accomplished in the desired amount of time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive aspect of Vital Branding was the quickness of their team. They were super fast in giving us what we asked for. There were no delays and their team was very up front about how long things will take. They never went over a deadline.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. Vital Branding is very straight forward and open about their work.
