We have found Visnext Software on Upwork after posting a job proposal. Communication and responsiveness are always our main concerns when hiring, after a few calls we decided that working with them was the way to go.

The major requirement for our project was to have someone capable of understanding our issues and assisting with implementing new features, fixing bugs and improving our current solution in a consistent manner.

Visnext Software has contributed immensely to improving our platform, allowing us to offer features that have been long waited for and a better user experience to our customers. They also helped us with resolving critical issues that appeared along the way, always very promptly.

With a fully remote team, we need updates and communication to be on point, working with Visnext Software has been a delight in that sense. We use Slack for quick communication and daily updates, Trello for more technical discussions around new features and adjustments and we have daily calls using Google Meet. They have never failed to meet our requirements in terms of communication and time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are extremely consistent and reliable. Having worked with other companies and freelancers in the past, I can tell that while these are extremely important qualities, they are very hard to find in the market.

Scope of work: The major requirement in this project is to have a B2B eCommerce portal along with complete order details, delivery management. From this portal Buyers can get products related to Healthcare with very less effort and time.

The project was conceived to address the growing demand of experienced buyers for more efficient ways to source quality products without expensive and exhausting annual travel to sourcing fairs in Asia.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Visnext is extremely easy to work with. Highly knowledgeable in VueJS technically as well as practically. They recommended best practices which made sense, scalable and more importantly they would lay down the options clearly.

They have gone above and beyond to meet the timeline, worked the defects diligently, and helped the team as well.

Project management style: Visnext follows the agile approach and SDLC Software development life cycle Communication tools: Teams/Email and WhatsApp Timelines: Visnext uses Trello for team collaboration and work management.

Visnext overall knowledge of different technology is great. Their expertise allows us to have discussions around what’s possible to deliver. Additionally, we really appreciate their consultative approach on how long things will take and whether it’s realistic to go ahead with something.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would benefit if they could improve the documentation they provide. There was a curve to get the team deliver to our doc standards.

We had a brand new idea for a consumer-engagement app. The app was needed fast and to a specific flow of user experience. Our goal was to have a very easy to app that worked well and stored data cheaply.

Visnet was able to meet our tight deadline for a very reasonable rate. We received very good and clear communication all the way as well.

After asking Visnet the scope of the project, we were given a very reasonable quote. We delivered very simplistic designs via google slides, so not at all sophisticated. Sirbuland asked a few very good questions, so I developed a few more slides to address his questions. Once the problem was understood and I explained my preferred technologies, Sirbuland explained his approach and suggested even better technologies.

I worked with Sirbuland directly, who is one of the principals in the company.

The all around feedback of the design was very positive and there were no bugs in the implementation.

This was stellar. Deadlines were met and Sirbuland provided updates on progress multiple times a week through videos that shows the site's progress. His communication is top notch and his English is perfect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed and cost efficiency was fantastic. In addition to just fulfilling a technology contract Sirbuland also went out of his way to talk through technology choices and the tradeoffs between them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I didn't ask for tests in the code, but I suppose they could have added a few. That wasn't really scope though, so I can't really complain about that. Maybe some more documentation (README) in the code would have been nice too.

I’ve checked their portfolio they already developed tons of web-application software which impressed me a lot. Standard of code quality, UI/UX designs, 24-7 support, and especially the technologies in which they are working are modern techs and I was looking at this type of company from the last 3 months. These are my deciding factors to select visnext for my project.

scope of work: My requirement was to build Cloud-Based ERP for my organization in which employees get different modules to manage & maintain office activities along with having task management, leave management, Project management modules.

A system where admin can manage activities in an easier and quicker way. With the help of this system, I wanted to improve my business results and outperform the competition. I wanted to my employees Improve the Efficiency of Workflows, Boosts Employee’s Productivity, and Motivation.

One of the important modules was the task Monitoring with this module generating reports to see how my employees are working. It also increases employee satisfaction, provides transparency, and reduces unscheduled tasks.

Project steps: Visnext adopted SDLC for there projects It's typically divided into six to eight steps: Planning, Requirements, Design, Build, Document, Test, Deploy, Maintain.

It was great working with visnext software solutions. All deliverables are up to modern-day standards and within the timeframe. The core of ERP based on certain module building and it is the most important and technical part in this project and Visnext has done an outstanding job.

project management style: Visnext follows the agile approach they break down milestones, delivering the project requirements incrementally throughout the project life cycle. Communication tools: Slack, Email, WhatsApp Timelines: Visnext used Asana for team collaboration and work management.

All the timelines of the project are managed on Asana and It helps the team manage my project and task in one tool. My project has different phases so we have created different time-frames that become easier to assign work to teammates, specify deadlines, and communicate about tasks directly.

There were some minor issues about sticking to deadlines and communicating pro-actively if a deadline couldn't be met, but those were quickly resolved.
