We wanted to test some NPD ideas with our current shoppers and those who are yet to purcase. We also wanted to understand usage and perception of the bakery market.

We presented back to the retailer who were really pleased with the results and the senior leadership team. We actioned a few key insights such as nameing of products. The products are yet to launch so we are looking forward to seeing some tangible sales results.
