After discovery meetings Vision One designed a discussion guide and conducted a series of focus groups. The output was a detailed report which provided invaluable insight and will inform our next product design phase.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the head of qualitative, with additional resource including at director level.

Our prototype has been validated and improved as a result of the exercise.

Highly effective - weekly meetings and all agreed timescales kept.

They really took the time to understand our requirements and objectives, they also confidently challenged us in the right places.

Very efficient. They showed excellent follow-ups and all deliveries were made on time despite our very short time frame.

What were your goals for this project?

Achieve 70% overall customer satisfaction and to obtain valuable insights from this survey that would help us improve our services and products to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

We searched online and reached out to Vision One

We had an initial call with Vision One to discuss our needs and desired outcome. We received a draft version of the survey with frequently asked questions. Our team revised and tailored the questions to our needs. Once we finalised the survey questions, we submitted the target list and Vision One executed the project.

What was the team composition?

We were introduced to the Director and The Strategy & Insights Consultant, who was also our main point of contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved 73% customer satisfaction rate. We are extremely happy with the outcome and the smoothness of how the survey was run.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective between the two teams. Vision One has been professional and guided us throughout the entire project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism was outstanding and always answered all of our questions. Their process and system was easy to use.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The first draft of the survey questions had many spelling mistakes in them. Either than that we were satisfied with their service
