Visible Factors oversaw our paid and organic marketing on Google, including auditing our website for optimizations in structure, content topics, and keywords. They also put together and executed the paid search strategy, including managing ad content, landing pages, and reporting. Their deliverables included keyword reports, site structure recommendations, site content strategy, articles for publishing, Google Ads campaign management, and ongoing reporting on performance and recommended actions.

Our email marketing program infrastructure was built and grown at a time when our internal team was very lean, improving customer engagement and retention. 

We experienced top of funnel subscriber growth from our digital advertising across Meta and Google, introducing and converting prospective customers to our product.

We hired Visible Factors to help get our SEO and SEM practice set up properly and optimize our internal technical and content development efforts.   We initially did an SEO and SEM audit, developed a set of recommendations for improving the site and content, and then did a series of experiments to implement changes and track metrics improvements

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initially we established a schedule and detailed deliverables by date.   Visible Factors met and execeed our expactations on the schedule. 

Next, we set up a series of tests with intented conversion targets.   Overall we met our intended targets. As expected, not all tests preformed as well as planned, but the analyisis of what happened and why was outstanding.   

We were very pleased with the engagement and made measurable progress on an agreed upon timeline.

This was an area that worked very well for us.  The team from Visible Factors was timely and responsive, and I had confidence that they would delver what was agreed upon.  We provided lots of input throughout the proejct that was incorporated in our deliverables.
