I’m the owner of a high-end barbershop.

What challenge were you trying to address with VISFO?

I was looking for an overall brand strategy, and VISFO essentially helped me create the branding and all of the visual collaterals as part of my process.

They help develop and design my website and create my logo.

I work with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with VISFO?

They’re personal friends of mine. I had known Kyle (Partner & Client Director) for a while before this project, and I went with him because I knew that he’s a quality brand manager.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent more than $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started this project in December 2020 and our partnership is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work helped launch my brand and my company, with a lot of our early success being attributed to the cool, fresh, and interesting rebrand — this is based on what our customers have been saying about us. From my perspective, VISFO has been vital in helping me differentiate my brand from other typical barbershops.

How did VISFO perform from a project management standpoint?

Kyle largely took the lead in project management. He's very detail-oriented, professional, and he follows up with tasks really well. Additionally, the team clearly outlines the scope, sets expectations, and communicates clearly throughout the entire project life cycle.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that they blend creativity with the process. They have a defined approach and structure, but they're also really creative and can think outside the box. They can challenge you and come up with unique concepts and ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on shortening all matters involving the contract. Just make the contracting process a little tighter, more efficient, and more abbreviated.

Any advice for potential customers?

I suggest to tap them for all they've got and elicit their honest feedback and ideas, because they have really good ideas.
