I’m the CEO of a software company.

What challenge were you trying to address with VirtueNetz Pakistan?

We have about 200 employees, but we sometimes need to outsource resources for 3–6 months to work remotely for our clients on specific technologies like Java and .NET programming languages. We work with VirtueNetz for this.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VirtueNetz helps us with web design and development work for our clients. When we outsource the work to them, they typically use WordPress, Drupal, and other similar platforms. In terms of programming languages, they typically use .NET, Java, and Angular. The team also offers maintenance and hosting services for some projects.

As an example, we previously had a multimillion-dollar project with a government entity in the UAE. They needed a team to fix issues with their app, and the resources needed to work on it for three months. They signed up with us to contract this work, and we supplied them with resources through VirtueNetz.

How did you come to work with VirtueNetz Pakistan?

I’ve known their CEO since 2006. When I was still working as a government employee, we needed to work with a third-party provider. That was where I met their CEO, who showed us that he was a good developer. When I established my company, I decided to continue working with him.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $60,000–$80,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

Their project management is good, and their resources are responsive. To communicate, we use emails. Their developers use Jira.

No, there aren’t any. I haven’t faced any issues.
