We needed help creating and planning social media posts, boosting our follower count on our brand-new social media pages, going viral organically, creating tons of content, and earning business and new patients from organic content without paid advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Viral Coach has helped us learn how to record reels and videos for social media, find the right equipment, and use proper lighting and audio techniques. They’ve also helped us with scriptwriting, posting strategies, and uploading over 60 unique videos in two months. The team has their own editor that edits all the videos, so all I need to do is do a mass upload and schedule our social media posts.
Viral Coach also has a marketing team that is getting ready to do a free audit on our ad accounts. The team provides video editing, scriptwriting, filming techniques, equipment recommendations, tips and advice on how to film and deliver viral-worthy videos, and one-on-one meetings to talk about strategy and game plans.

Our total followers on our social media platforms have increased by 170 since we started working with Viral Coach. To be fair, we didn’t start mass posting until March 12, 2026, which is when we started implementing everything that Ross (Account Manager) and Viral Coach have taught us. 
We’ve had a couple of reels get over 1,000 views, and quite a few of them have over 300 views. To be clear, all our social media pages are brand new. We’ve also received a couple of comments on some posts where people are asking to learn more about how to join our program.

They overdeliver with their project management; Ross is on top of it. Their video editors are top-tier and speedy. We communicate via Slack and Video meetings.

Moreover, the art direction, copy direction, and messaging direction they’ve given us have been best in class. We’re incredibly optimistic and excited that this is going to work.
