Moreover, the art direction, copy direction, and messaging direction they’ve given us have been best in class. We’re incredibly optimistic and excited that this is going to work.

The process I have in Google doc isn't what's being followed. Not sure what the actual steps are. There's some guidance there with the services but for the price right now I don't see much value. Not because I'm not viral but because there hasn't been a lot of work done from the team. Not what I anticipated
