Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of marketing for Dale Carnegie, a business services company. We provide in-person and online training solutions focused on leadership, communication, sales, and personal development. We help individuals and organizations improve skills, boost performance, and achieve positive performance change.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Vincodo?

We needed help driving performance-based marketing through digital channels. Generating leads and revenue for our franchise network within North America. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vincodo manages our paid media portfolio, including PPC, social media, and display ads. Our focus is on driving the most relevant buyer-ready traffic to our website and converting them into an inquiry or shopping cart conversion (direct revenue). Vincodo also offers reporting dashboards to help us understand offline conversions and recommendations on landing page optimization.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Vincodo. When needed entire team is available depending on expertise.

How did you come to work with Vincodo?

We had a past relationship with Vincodo. We chose them because of their unique ability to act upon large data sets to create a performance marketing engine.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Vincodo in September 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been able to increase our sales-ready leads and maximize our direct revenue contribution even in the face of fluctuating ad budgets. We’ve also seen improvements in our cost per lead, cost per conversion, revenue, leads, and ROAS.

How did Vincodo perform from a project management standpoint?

Vincodo is dedicated to delivering solutions in a timely manner. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Vincodo is always willing to dig in and find a solution. Their approach is very hands-on. Senior leadership is always available with a team backing them on the day-to-day execution.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
