They were tasked to create video animations that showcase our features and how to use them. Each animation was to display the use of the features from the user's perspective. The challenge was reducing complexity of a task to only a 3-5 second animation. Additionally, they were to create an explainer video that conveys our message concisely in less than 3 minutes, with a voice-over, and with animations, special effects and stock video that matches our brand and target customers.

The key deliverables were:

10 short software animations
1 explainer video script
1 explainer video

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I received incredible software animations that were better than I envisioned. They managed to bring to life my imagination. The same with the explainer video. I wanted an explainer video that isn't like standard explainer videos. They made it professional and captivating. The voiceover is perfect. The animations and special effects are top notch. The choice and use of music is harmonious. The script is accurate and precise. We use the animations on our site and the explainer video in our ads and site as well. We are extremely happy and we made our investment back many times over.

They gave us access to a dashboard with all deliverables broken down into assigned tasks with clear ETAs. We had constant communication with the team throughout the work and they made sure we were 100% content with each micro-deliverable before proceeding. They delivered everything on or before deadlines. We felt 100% supported throughout the way and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They really care about your needs and listen intently to your requests, no matter how specific or crazy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the quality of the animations and script quality. I just feel like we got quality that I easily could have paid 30 or 40k for! They are super good at turning a long process into a short, concise and marketable animation. Their explainer video is so professional it shouldn't be compared to other explainer videos you see online. This is more of a studio-level production.

Everything was perfect.
