VideoJeeves did a thorough job from initial discussions, storyboarding, element selection (bg music, voice-over talent) to final cut. The whiteboard animation they provided us met our needs well and in record time.

I worked with Jay, Emma, and Alex, who were all very professional, quick, and efficient in communication.  They were very easy to work with and met or exceeded our expectations all along the way.

We are hopeful that this explainer will give the voters the accurate information they need to cast an informed ballot on our proposition.

They completed the project in a very short turn-around. That's not always the case these days. They did a great job!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest they be completely upfront with their costs and don't attempt the up-sell or add-on technique. I was able to navigate around that fine, but that's not a tactic that I think anyone appreciates. I believe people wanted to be treated fairly and if they are, your business will thrive. The other practice seems dishonest.

We looked for video production companies using a Google search. After reviewing a handful of them, we chose VideoJeeves because of their affordable price and personable team.

We completed their questionnaire and provided a script that we drafted in-house. From there, they provided a wireframe for us to review. We did several rounds of revisions until the look and feel was just right. VideoJeeves then provided us a rough cut of the animated video. After some minor edits they provided us with the final file.

Emma Wilson was very prompt in responding to our questions and feedback.

VideoJeeves Inc. has produced videos for me. They’re currently working on commercials for us, such as before-and-after pictures of people who’ve used my products. From there, I’m planning to sign up for their marketing services.

The engagement started in March 2024, and it’s ongoing.

The videos have been posted and boosted, and one has around 10,000 views on TikTok. Overall, VideoJeeves Inc. is spectacular and goes above and beyond. My business is doing well because of the commercials they’ve produced and how professional the videos look.

How did VideoJeeves Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

VideoJeeves Inc. delivered work on time and budget. To communicate, we use WhatsApp. They communicate well and tell us what they’re working on and when they can get back to me. Moreover, they work well with my price. For context, I don’t pay the full price of a project until the work is done. They work with me on this setup, and they’re doing a great job.

The teammate who produces the actual videos has great talent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their production quality has been impressive. When they tell they’re going to do something, they do it.

No, there aren’t any. They must keep doing what they’re doing because they’re doing a good job.

Leave the project in VideoJeeves Inc.’s hands and let them do what they’re going to do. They’ll come up with something good, and you’ll be happy with whatever they produce.
