BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a transaction coordinator at a real estate. We sell multi-family apartment buildings.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Vibrant Media Productions?

We needed to have drone videos for apartment buildings that we're working on selling. We were planning to use these for advertising and marketing the building, so we put them on our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we first approached Vibrant Media, we already knew what we were looking for. We went to them asking if they were able to provide drone videos specifically.

Beyond shooting the videos, Vibrant adds music and labels. They process any requests that we are looking for. Mostly, this involves titles, labels, and logos.

Vibrant also does wide shots and bring models when asked. They provide several lifestyle-type videos for the area, highlighting local parks or social areas. We have their team take photos or videos of the models around the pool, restaurants, or ocean.

How did you come to work with Vibrant Media Productions?

My marketing director reached out to different companies. He went through the process of seeing if they could accomplish what we were looking for. We let them shoot an initial property, and we liked their product.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $20,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May of 2017, and we’ve been using them regularly since. We’ve worked with them on at least 10 different videos so far.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We make the videos almost immediately when we launch the property. Once the property's sold, the videos are taken off of our website. The properties we work with have voiced very positive feedback, and if the properties like them, that’s the most important thing for us. Each video expresses the right feeling and the energy that the properties are looking for.

How did Vibrant Media Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very conscientious, they are constantly in contact with us, and they're easy to reach. They're always available when we need them. If they're having any problems or if we're having any problems with something they're always on top of it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quality and their service. We're always on a first-name basis, and they know us when we call them. They also know what we like and what we're looking for. We very rarely have to go back to them and ask them to change something.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything.
