I chose Veta Virtual because it seemed like the right fit for me in terms of pricing and services offered, and I liked that they assign a small number of receptionists to my file so they will know my business and clients better.

The receptionists take down the caller details I've requested that they collect and send the details to me by email. Under certain conditions they will check with me to see if they can put a caller through to me directly.
