I searched for virtual receptionist services online and shortlisted a few options. I chose Veta Virtual because it seemed like the right fit for me in terms of pricing and services offered, and I liked that they assign a small number of receptionists to my file so they will know my business and clients better.

My callers have an option to speak with reception when calling, and Veta Virtual covers these calls both during and outside of my business hours, within their hours. Outside of their hours there is a voicemail box and they will check messages and send them to me the following business day.
The receptionists take down the caller details I've requested that they collect and send the details to me by email. Under certain conditions they will check with me to see if they can put a caller through to me directly.

I have spoken with Andy as well as with some of the 5 receptionists assigned to handle my calls. They are always open to feedback and suggestions and have been responsive and friendly when I have contacted them.
