We started working together in mid 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Velv has helped us deliver happier end customers. Working with them allows us to switch gears and scale our development capacity quickly when projects demand it, without the lead time of hiring. Their developers raise the quality of what we deliver and add specialist expertise our own team doesn't have in house. Thanks to Velv, we have been able to take on more projects than our own capacity would allow, including more complex work we can now deliver with confidence.

How did Velv perform from a project management standpoint?

Velv doesn’t provide project management services, but they almost always respond very quickly. We communicate with them through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Velv’s personal touch has been impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. We would highly recommend working with Velv.

This flexibility allows us to reinforce different teams and projects with the right skills when needed.

Their consultants have successfully integrated into our teams and contributed to reliable delivery, client satisfaction, and the overall success of our engagements.Across the different engagements where Velv's consultants have participated, we've seen positive outcomes such as consistent achievement of project milestones, strong client feedback, good consultant retention, and continuity of service. Velv has also helped us respond quickly to new client demands by providing qualified profiles across different technologies and roles. Several consultants have remained with our teams for extended periods, which we see as a strong indicator of both performance and successful integration.

How did Velv perform from a project management standpoint?

Our engagement with Velv is primarily focused on consultants who integrate directly into our teams and projects, rather than Velv providing dedicated project management. From this perspective, the collaboration has worked very well. Their consultants integrate smoothly into our delivery model, meet their commitments, and contribute effectively to delivering our projects and services on time and with the expected quality.We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most about Velv is their close and collaborative approach. They take the time to understand our needs, remain very responsive whenever an issue arises, and work with us to find solutions quickly. They also stay close to their consultants, providing continuous support and ensuring they remain engaged and aligned with our expectations. This proximity and partnership mindset make a real difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We operate in a very dynamic environment where priorities and needs can change quickly. Velv has been flexible and responsive in adapting to these changes, so at this point, there's nothing specific we would highlight for improvement. Maintaining this level of agility, communication, and close collaboration will continue to be important.
