What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Together with velar. marketing agency we have started a new marketing communication channel in our company, which is email marketing. For a long time, we had an accumulated base of recipients and we were looking for a trusted partner who would be able to turn it into real benefits for our business. We entrusted them with comprehensive planning of a long-term shipping calendar, then the implementation of individual campaigns, their optimization and analytics. 

Everything was done at the highest level. Already after the first lead nurturing shipment to our recipients, we noted a lot of interest in our product and very satisfying conversions in the form of purchases. Email marketing rates are also at a very good level thanks to properly selected segmentation. Velar also coordinates issues related to GDPR and base hygiene on an ongoing basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have seen an increase in sales and additional transactions that we know come from this channel. In addition, we feel that after the implementation of lead nurturing campaigns, our recipients are much better educated about our products, which has increased the number of inquiries about their mass orders. The recipients understood why it is worth betting on this particular product when equipping their schools and kindergartens.

Are there any areas for improvement or something velar.marketing could have done differently?

At the moment, I believe that velar.marketing does everything at the highest level with great attention to detail, which is not often found on the market of marketing agencies. I hope that we will continue to cooperate together and develop mutually, as has been the case over the past few months!

We have been cooperating with the velar.marketing agency in the implementation of all email marketing and marketing automation campaigns for a long time. As an agency implementing paid campaigns, we need a partner like velar.marketing to be able to offer our clients comprehensive marketing. The velar.marketing agency takes care of areas related to email marketing for our clients, including from the e-commerce, retail or legal industries. 

They are perfectly able to choose the strategy of actions for a given client, thanks to which I do not have to worry that my clients will not be fully satisfied with these services. Each time our clients are satisfied with the results of both sales (ecommerce) and communication (legal). Typically, our activities are based on: 

• preparation of marketing automation strategy 
• implementation of newsletter campaigns

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Usually it is a clear increase in sales from email channels, a decrease in abandoned carts and wishlists or a jump in the growth rate of the subscriber base of our clients. In addition, the last example was the acquisition of a large number of volunteers for an important webinar for one of our clients from the legal industry.

Their project management is at a high level. What I like the most about working with this company is that they are quality and verbal. Thanks to this you don’t have to worry about the quality of delivered projects. In addition, communication is very pleasant - either on Slack or via phone / videoconferencing. They are very flexible in this.

The fact that they are definitely inspired by quality, they don't go for quantity, they only make sure that projects are delivered with high accuracy. Thanks to this, we avoid comments from our clients. In addition, they make great use of their experience in e-commerce activities selling on international markets, which is of great value to us.

At the moment I have not encountered such.

I entrusted the guys from velar.marketing with a cyclical task of coding responsive newsletter templates in HTML based on graphic designs that I provided. My goal was to send the most quality emails to my recipients. I wanted to make sure that they were displayed well on all types of devices. Unfortunately, my previous templates didn't meet this requirement. 

Since I started cooperation in this area with velar.marketing, these results have improved. I received significantly fewer comments regarding my newsletters and their engagement increased noticeably, which was confirmed by the increase in the CTOR. The reason for this was certainly the great responsiveness that velar.marketing took care of and other details such as correct display in dark mode or outlook mailboxes (this was also my nightmare).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Significant improvement in the engagement of my newsletter recipients, which I could see before the increase in CTOR since newsletters were responsively coded in HTML. In addition, the number of complaints about the poor display of my messages has decreased. In addition, the interest in my service / product has increased, which makes my business more prosperous.

When it comes to project management, I think it was at a very high level. The representatives of the velar.marketing agency have highly developed communication skills, they are able to manage their time and resources very well. I've never had a problem with them. The projects were always on time and with attention to the highest quality. In addition, they showed their own inventiveness and proposed a lot of interesting additional amenities from themselves.

Attracting attention to the quality of activities and honesty. These days, unfortunately, these are not popular values among marketing agencies, which is why I appreciate them so much.

Taking into account my experience in cooperation with many other marketing agencies, I believe that in the case of velar.marketing it is enough to maintain the level they currently represent. Personally, I didn't notice any clear things that needed improvement.
