We had a website built about ten years ago that had become completely indefensible — outdated, an ugly design, zero functionality. Because of it, we also sat well down in Google's results.

We get far more enquiries through the site now — before, it was almost zero. And we currently rank 2nd nationally on Google for our target keyword. The change is remarkable.

The work went very smoothly. We reviewed the progress together continuously as the site took shape. They delivered everything on time as outlined in the contract. If I wanted to make a change in the looks of the site, the execution was prompt and even if I wanted to see a few possible versions of something it wasn't a problem for them to come up with several proposals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The creativity and the ease of how they can put our ideas into shape. Sometimes we didn't exactly know what we wanted and they always pushed us forward with their creative ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Velantis Digital Agency could have done differently?

For me as I am a hands-on person it probably would have been easier if we meet in person for the progress meetings but I understand that it is sometimes hard to manage due to distance. In the end the virutal meetings worked just fine.

Our old website looked quite dated. It didn't really work well on mobile either. We wanted to have a new, modern looking website that brings in more clients because they can easily find us in Google and when they visit our website the first impression is that we are a professional company.

We got a new website that's genuinely modern and good-looking, and it works perfectly on mobile now. We're very happy with the design — it fits our company's identity well.
