I’m the founder of an IT company. We develop innovative deep learning algorithms and software solutions, applying cutting-edge research to create practical applications that transform multiple industries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vectorium labs?

We needed help designing, building, integrating, and maintaining several client-facing software products across multiple areas. Our main objective was to have a technically capable and flexible engineering partner that could support frontend, backend, mobile, AI integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing product improvements as requirements evolved.

Vectorium labs has handled development and technical delivery across several software products. Their scope includes frontend and backend development, mobile application development, API and third-party integrations, AI-enabled features, testing, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
The main deliverables include working web and mobile applications, backend services and APIs, AI and workflow integrations, dashboards and internal tools, and production deployments. Vectorium labs also supports bug fixes, performance improvements, and continued feature development as product requirements evolve.
Vectorium labs has delivered work across several products, including a telehealth platform, a wellness mobile application, an AI voice and customer operations platform, a climate risk intelligence platform, an e-commerce recommendation platform, and a recruiting workflow platform.

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main measurable outcomes are the successful delivery and production launch of multiple software products and major features across the engagement. We’ve been able to move projects from requirements through development, testing, and deployment while continuing to release new features and improvements over time.
Several of the products have remained active and continued evolving after their initial launch. We’ve also continued working with Vectorium labs across additional projects, which is an important indicator for us that the partnership is delivering consistent value.
We’ve seen clear operational improvements after launch, including replacing or streamlining manual workflows, supporting more integrated user and administrative processes, and continuing to expand the products with new features and integrations. Several systems have continued to be actively developed and used in production, and the successful delivery has led us to expand our work with Vectorium labs across additional products.
One additional outcome worth highlighting is the continuity of the relationship. Our collaboration has expanded from individual projects into work across multiple products with different technical requirements. We’ve continued engaging Vectorium labs for new development, ongoing improvements, and production support, which is a strong practical measure of the value and reliability of the partnership.

How did Vectorium labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Vectorium labs manages the projects well and maintains clear communication with our team throughout the engagement. They’re responsive when priorities or requirements change and keep us informed about progress, technical issues, and next steps. Overall, delivery is reliable, and timelines are handled well, including across projects where the scope has evolved during development. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What we’re most impressed with is their ability to work across very different products while still taking the time to understand the business workflow behind each one. They’re technically reliable, responsive when requirements change, and able to support us across frontend, backend, mobile, AI integrations, testing, and deployment rather than treating each task in isolation. That flexibility and breadth have made it much easier to continue working with them across multiple projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area they could improve is providing slightly earlier visibility when a task depends on another system, third-party integration, or unclear requirement. In a few cases, identifying those dependencies earlier would have made planning easier on our side. Overall, this is a minor point and hasn’t affected our positive experience working with the team.
